Thank you for taking the time to look at my Me Page.  I am a 28 year-old college student, concert pianist, and composer, and I have two degrees in Liberal Studies, Music and French.  If you are wondering how I got my nickname, I was touted Braveheart by a very famous actor because he thought I had great courage and was of pure heart.  I am a Dean's List Scholar and am a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the International Honors Society for college students.  These Greek words mean wisdom, aspiration, and purity, and these virtues are very dear to me.  As I further my college education as a psychology major, I am working by giving concerts on the piano and composing music, which I have played since I was three.  I am aspiring to be a criminal psychologist with a Ph.D. and want to help women in prison.  Land Enterprises is a small growing company that started in 1999 when I first started teaching piano and also started my own business.  I also earn money through E-Bay, so your purchase goes towards furthering my education and business as an entrepreneur.  Once again, thank you for taking the time to read this and possibly bid on an item.  If I purchase from you, then always expect prompt and immediate payment.  If you purchase an item from me, then expect very speedy shipment, competent packaging, good communication, and personalized kind feedback.  Thank you for reading my Me Page, and Happy Hunting!!

The attributes of my Honor's Society also apply to the way I practice business.  I try to be honest, fair, and I want other E-Bayers to have satisfaction in their dealings with me.  My merchandise is in excellent condition, I try to be very accomodating and understanding, and I rarely leave negative or neutral feedback.  Amongst the items I sell, they can range from video games, DVDs, VHS movies, CDs, books, clothes, music, and other sundry items.  I live in a non-smoking adult household, so do not worry about items having an odor or being damaged.

I prefer Pay-pal and generally request immediate payment (within a week) upon purchase. However, there are other methods of payment that are acceptable, such as a money order, chashier's check, and I am flexible about other methods as well. I will send an item internationally, but shipping will have to be higher, and special arrangements will have to be made.

Please bid with confidence; after a week of non-payment, I will file a non-paying bidder complaint and try to settle the matter amicably from there.  If I win an auction and do not receive the item, then I will take action in the Trust and Safety Department and try to settle the situation so that all involved are satisfied.  Please do not bid if you are under 18 years old.  If there is a problem, please tell me as is specified in my item listings before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  I will do everything I can to remedy the situtation before it becomes a conflict.  Thank you very much!!!
