We are a serious seller and your satisfaction is important to us.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship worldwide for all items to anywhere in the world. Combine shipping can be arranged.

For Overseas delivery, we strictly recommend registered air-mail service for safety (e.g. with RA# - signed-for recorded delivery), unless noted otherwise. Special requests can also be arranged for shipping via registered surface-mail (e.g. lower postage but longer arrival time; with RA# - signed-for recorded delivery); DHL; Fedex; or Speedpost courier (e.g. higher postage with faster arrival time and/or online tracking). Please note that courier services may be the only option available for some item(s) or destination(s). If you request shipping by courier services, please also provide your telephone contact number.

For Local delivery, you may request for regular-mail option (e.g. postage specified in listing) OR by registered-mail service postage option (e.g. additional SGD2.20 + postage specified in listing); that is recommended for item(s) of higher value. Apologies, we do not have COD (e.g. cash-on-delivery) services at this time.

NOTICE - Due to incidences of lost mails by Singpost and buyers claiming they do not receive their mail items, we no longer offer regular mail services for domestic transactions. Until Singapore's only designated public postal office improves its services, and eBay providing better protection for sellers, we only send by registered mail services (e.g. additional SGD2.20 + listed postage cost). Our primary aim is to always ensure for a successful and satisfactory online transaction, anywhere and anytime. Apologies for the incoveniences caused and thank you very much for your kind understanding.

Insurance is optional and can be quoted upon request (e.g. dependent on item(s) value).

SHIPPING TIME
We endeavour to ship all item(s) promptly after receipt of payment (e.g. within 3 working days or 24-72 hours turn-around time); unless noted otherwise, and we will thereafter revert back to you with the mail tracking or RA# (e.g. if applicable). If delayed for whatsoever reasons, we shall promptly inform the buyer as soon as possible. For safety, we legibly stamp most or all outgoing standard and non-standard mail parcel item(s) with our return address and post most or all of your item(s) at the postal office.

For Overseas delivery, shipping time varies for different destinations. For example, small packaged articles shipped via registered air-mail normally takes 5 working days to arrive to you in Asia/Australasia (e.g. Malaysia, Australia, Philippines, India, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China etc.); or 7-12 working days if you are in the US or Europe. Courier services takes 3-7 working days thereabout.

For Local delivery (e.g. with/without registered-mail service), it takes about 1-3 working days for the items to arrive to you.

SHIPPING ANOMALIES

(DISCLAIMATION)Once dispatched, we are not held liable for item(s) lost/damaged in transit, but we can assist you to lodge a claim from the postal office if you have opted for registered-mail services (e.g. up to a value of SGD68) or insured the item(s). Please also check with your nearest zonal postal office (e.g. delivery base) of all expecting mail item(s) you anticipate to receive.

For Local delivery, if you have opted for regular-mail option, please note that there is no tracking service available, and your recourse is to submit an online enquiry to Singpost postal office or call the 1605 hotline (e.g. EXT - Mail Lost Department). Please also contact us and we will assist you to furnish your particulars and mail delivery details for further investigations.

Please understand that the delivery of your item(s) may sometimes be subject to slight delays (e.g. +/- a few working days) due to the postal systems, customs clearances, size/weight of package, or festive seasons; and in some cases, you may have to personally collect the item(s) at your nearest postal office (e.g. you were not around when the postman attempted delivery). However please feel free to contact us if you believe that the item(s) should have arrived to you and too much time have lapsed (e.g. for registered-mail services, a minimum of 14 days after the item(s) were dispatched). Do also check with all member(s) of your household and/or colleague(s) at your business address if you have received any 'Attempted Delivery' notice card(s) from the postal office. We will thenceforth contact our postal office to conduct a trace (e.g. with the RA#) and follow-up with you. The Universal Postal Regulation allows countries up to 2 months to reply to any enquiry.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT MODES
We accept payments via various modes dependent on the item(s) value and destination(s).

For Overseas transactions, we accept payments by Paypal; Western Union Money Transfers; or Other Agreed Upon Methods (e.g. Direct Telegrafic Transfers).

For Local transactions, payments can be effected via Internet/ATM Bank Transfers (e.g. preferred); Personal Cheque (e.g. item(s) will be shipped upon clearance); Postal Order (e.g. issued for payment within Singapore); and Cash-In-Mail (e.g. registered for your safety).
