History
2kool4skool is a privately owned company headquartered in Carlsbad, California. Founded by professional musician and record producer Stephen Barry in 2003, 2kool4skool started selling mostly guitars, basses and amps to local music stores in Southern California. As calls started coming in from around the country inquiring about our products, we decided to make our great deals available directly to customers via eBay. Band instruments, accessories and eventually world instruments and pro audio were added to our product line. We opened our own website in 2006. Now we can bring even better deals directly to you.

Shipping rates for the US, Canada, and the rest of the world are detailed on each of our eBay auction listings. We ship to every corner of the globe including APO/Military.
There are 3 rates for shipping :
- U.S. (domestic)
- Canada, AK, HI, PR Guam, Mexico and APO/Military (local International)
- Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Australia and everywhere else (distant international)

Shipping charges are fixed-rate. We Use UPS, FedEx, DHL or U.S. Postal Service for US and Canadian shipments. We ship U.S. Postal Service Airmail for all other international destinations.
Please provide a physical address (work or home) and daytime phone number.
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Shipping takes 1-5 business days for US shipments, depending on how far away you are.
Canadian Shipments take 5-10 business days. All other destinations take 5-12 business days.
Express shipping is available at an additional charge.
We try to ship the next business day after we receive payment. Sometimes the same day.
Tracking or Delivery confirmation numbers will be provided. You should receive an automated shipment notification email with your tracking number after we enter the number into our order system.

Extra time will be given for International buyers.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Cash, Personal Checks. All payments must be made in US$. We do not accept personal checks from international buyers.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us for an RMA number and return it in it's original condition for a full refund, less shipping fees.

If an item is defective, we will replace the item. If an item is damaged during shipping, and the optional shipping insurance is purchased, we will handle the insurance claim and send a replacement right away.
Software, Books, DVDs, CDs and Videos are exempt from the 30 day, no questions asked return policy.
