I love the bidding excitement.  All those purchases have given me experience to know what I appreciate in sellers.   I am dedicated to treating each buyer the way I have enjoyed being treated.  I will give each buyer my personal touch of prompt, courteous, and conscientous care.   I will treat customers as I expect to be treated:  with honesty, respect and fairness.  I hope that we have good clear communication throughout the transaction.    I spend much time describing each item as clearly as possible.  Should there be any discrepancy I appreciate your email and I will be prompt in getting back to you.  My goal is to keep working with you until all parties are satisfied.    I have inherited many treasures and I have found a few combing through resale shops, estate sales and antique shops in the Southeast.  I'm an avid reader and I have hundreds of books that will be listed for auction daily.   I have far too much stuff.  I'm ready to clean up and clean out.  You will have the joy of buying all these treasures, and I get my house cleared out.   Mission Communication is key to a transaction going well, so I plan to respond to emails within a few hours of receiving them.  I pledge to ship out promptly after payment.  I answer all my emails personally.  Most auctions will have a flat set shipping fee, but occasionally I will use the shipping calculator for large, heavy items.    I use the USPS for the majority of my shipments, and from time to time, items will go via UPS Ground. However, a buyer always has the choice to upgrade shipping to Express Mail or may choose options from UPS or FED EX if they wish.
