If your not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving item. Packages are be confirmed by USPS confirmation of delivery. There is a $5 restocking fee per item. We have established the following policies about returns :
- The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
- Plus Size Rack Sale is a "Close-Out" online store items may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to have exchanged items shipped to you.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
