We test many batteries from many different manufacturers and we only select batteries that pass our stringent quality testing. All the batteries that we offer will meet or exceed original OEM specifications. They are all manufactured with the highest quality brand-name cells. The same individual battery may sell for well over $100-$150 at any retail outlet. But since we work directly with the manufacturers with large purchasing volumes, we can offer them directly to the regular consumer for a fraction of the retail price..

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. If within 30 days of shipping you are not completely satisfied, return your merchandise for a full refund including shipping and handling charges or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA. Please email us to obtain an RMA. Then mail your parcel to the provided return address via USPS Parcel or Priority. We will provide a return label for your returns during the first 30 days. We will not accept COD packages on return shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable after 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Refunds are not available after 30 days; only warranty applies.

The return period for any used or specially auctioned item will vary. Please check with item's description. These may include non-inventory items such as used equipment or hardware. We generally charge a 25% restocking fee for these types of returns.

Warranty Information

We offer a 365-Day (1 Year) Replacement warranty on all new batteries. All other new eBay items are guaranteed for at least 30 days. Warranty covers all parts and labor needed to repair the hardware in our facility. Warranty will vary with product. Please consult with item description for more info.

We usually ship same day for orders processed before 3PM CST. Otherwise, item will ship the following business days (Monday-Friday). Our preset shipping and handling charges includes secured packaging and handling expense. Shipping is limited to U.S. destinations only including Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any other foreign regions.
