We are a manufacturer representative and distributor of compatible batteries, especially of laptop batteries, camcorder batteries, digital camera batteries, power tools batteries, battery chargers and other accessories. We buy in bulk and pass on savings to the customers. Our 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse has over 5,000 pieces of batteries in stock and provides the best service to our customers.
We have a complete engineering facility for battery pack testing. This enables us to provide the most up-to-date battery pack testing for the most advanced portable consumer electronic products. We sell only quality products from quality suppliers.

- We also accept check, money order. （Item will be shipped out after about 5 to 10 business day when the check or money order clear.）
- Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.

- All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Defaulting bidder(s) will be reported to eBay.

- We only ship to Canada and USA (except for Puerto Rico and Guam).
- Local pickup is not available.
- Please provide the full shipping address, we will ship to your paypal confirm address if you haven't contact us when we receive your payment.
- Items are generally shipped out the next business day from California. USA after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).
- Shipment Information will be emailed to buyer once it is shipped.
- Delivery to USA address by UPS will take about 5 business day,.
- Delivery to Canada address by USPS will take about 10 to 15 business day.
- All items’ address with P.O box will be ship out by USPS.
- Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

- Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through accesskit2k@go-shop.ca. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through accesskit2k@go-shop.ca to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
- Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

- All items have one year warranty.
- We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization ).
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and we will send the replacement at our expense (within 30 days), except for misrepresented items, If you want to exchange the product(s).
- Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
