After winning the auction, an
email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email
address. All payments must go through our checkout.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, money order, cashier's check and personal check (e-check and personal checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).

We accept credit card payment for US orders only.
We do not accept non-US issued credit cards.

Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed.
Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.

Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.

Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.

We stand behind every product we
sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an
exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase
via parcel post (USPS).

For any exchange or refund, we
need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the
product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code,
packaging, and all the accessories.

Open software, music, games, and
movies are not eligible for returns.

Please
allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
