About Me and DFC Covers that Protect against Dust... ...Covers that Protect against Spills To start off you can say I'm a long time ebayer and ebay member. I am finishing up my degree in International Business this year and hope to start putting some of my business knowledge to good use. I've done quite a bit of selling in the past, mostly MP3 players, cell phones and other electronics, but I've never had a store here on ebay. While working as an electronics technician I noticed we were getting a lot of video game consoles. Lots of PS2s, XBOXs, and Gamecubes. Although some of them genuinely broke because of their age, I would say 75-80% of their break downs could have been prevented. Most stopped working because of dirty lasers due to excess dust build up that left the machines unable to read games, almost just as much stopped working because someone spilled their drink on it, and only I would say 15-20% stopped working simply from use. I thought about it for a while, and came up with Dust Free Console, a store that would sell dust covers.
