| North Star Pet Assistance is located in Apple Valley,CA. We are a foster home network that rescues shelter pets one by one. We also provide and keep updated a website for the local animal shelter. We work closely with other local groups and full breed rescues. We aim to increase shelter adoptions and increase spay/neuter awareness. NSPA has a variety of projects.
