Serious Face (Some Say I Look Sad)

Married, with one child...My husband got me into the Steelers. So as you can imagine I'm always on ebay looking for new items that may become available.

I love browsing around ebay looking for whatever interests me. I enjoy reading all the time and finish quicker than I think I will so, once finished I just get another book from here and the process starts all over again. I have to admit though, I was skeptical about buying anything at all from Ebay and still am if its a big purchase like a treadmill or something. I feel more comfortable buying something like that elsewhere because at least I know I'll get what I'm paying for. I'm sure the majority of people who sell larger items are honest its just a trust and comfort issue with me, just something that hasn't went away or changed. I know I'll never know until I do try it but that day will just have to come to me in the future and we'll see...

For anyone tired of being overweight, being called names, wants to lose that unwanted belly fat or whatever your reason may be, go to sparkpeople.com. They have a forum where you can talk with other people trying to lose or maintain their weight, you can track your exercise, monitor your food that you eat and there is much more. There is a resource center full of articles having to do with nutrition, fitness and motivational articles as well. You can also create your own spark page which is fairly new and post pictures there and write whatever you'd like to. I've already lost 40 lbs....its helped me a lot. I am just trying to spread the "Spark"
