Our feedback policy is simple and has indeed been designed to protect us against ebayers who intend to cause problems.

Basically,   We will only leave feedback once it has been received.

As a business we would prefer to receive positive feedback every time BUT we understand that in extreme cases buyers should be able to leave negative comments on our record.  This is why we welcome such feedback and promise to still leave positive for our buyers as long as our sale terms have been complied with.

We do not beleive in or prctice 'An eye for an eye' tactics.

Online payments - Theft prevention

As a business we have to protect ourselve against theft and therfor apply this policy to ALL of our ebay sales.

The Policy.

Payment made via Paypal or google checkout that are reversed AFTER our product or service has been supplied and without our prior agreement will ALWAYS be considerd as a deliberate act of theft.  All acts of theft will be reported to the police and we will seek prosecution to the fullest extent of UK law.  We will also seek the cost of damages and expenses. We reserve all of our legal rights.  This includes all sales completed via our office, website or ebay.

We ALWAYS keep all evidence of emails being sent and products been supplied.

Buyers are deemed to have read and agreed to this when purchasing from us.  This is also inline with the distance selling act.

We are sorry to have to impliment such measures but after 6 years as a business we have learnt to protect ourselves againts people who have no intention of being honest.
