As a salesperson we all face those who are trying to take advantage. This just happened to me and as a result of trying to give a refund for items sold to one individual I have received a negative feedback. I will always honor those who honor me and are not trying to scam a deal. If someone only returns 17 out of 18 items shipped and then says they can't find it, I feel there is a problem. If the person would have contacted me after receiving the shipment and told me something was missing I would have trusted this person, however it was not until after the items were sent back to me and I discovered an item missing did this person admit they could not find it. I can't refund money to those who return only select items in a sold lot of things. I mean if this were to happen to you what would you do.How can I determine how to prorate something like that which is what the person wanted me to do. And it seemed to be taken very lightly by them when I asked them to look for it and get back to me, as if "oh well" not my problem.  Well not to drag it out longer than I should however I feel the need to vent. So then I guess in this business we meet all kinds....

My daughter Tori goes in for surgery tomorrow and I am here in MI with her and her family until she recovers. My 3 yr old grandson starts preschool today and I am excited to see how that turns out. Just couldn't sleep thought I would check things out on here.
