Alive and Aware Natural Health is an all natural and organic vegan health and personal care store.  Alive and Aware Natural Health does not carry any animal products.  I, Chris Hall, am the owner and creator of this store.  I try to offer the lowest possible prices on all of my products because I believe that anyone should have access to these products regardless of financial status.  If there are any products in my store that you feel you or a loved one really needs but cannot afford, please email me and we may be able to work something out.

I am constantly researching and experimenting with new vegan health products.  This site will continuously be updated with new information, research and products, so stop back often to see what's new.  All of these products have been used by me, or are companies that I have used products with in the past and trust.  I would never expect you to put something in your body that I would not use myself.

In my spare time I enjoy very basic and simple things.  I like to read, hike, exercise, listen to and play music, practice yoga, dance, and just enjoy life.  I believe that simplicity is the key to true health and happiness.

I will tell you my story of how I got into natural living.  About three years ago I was in very bad shape.  I had developed ulcer like symptoms from too much drinking and eating junk.  My energy levels were extremely low; I was sleeping twelve hours a day and was still tired.  My face would break out with terrible rashes and acne.  I was very unhappy and bored with life.  What changed all of that was a book that I read called the Essene Gospel of Peace by a man named Edmond Bordeau Tzekely.  It convinced me to change my diet to a more natural one of mostly raw fruits and vegetables.  Little did I know at the time that this would change my whole life!  Not only did my health improve dramatically, but my mental clarity increased and my emotions became more balanced.  Before I would get confused easily and I was subject to disinterest in life and sometimes unreasonable fits of anger and frustration.  Just a simple thing like changing by diet turned all of that around!

I realized that if changing my way of living to a natural and simple lifestyle could help me it could help others too.  I began to study all I could about healthy and natural living.  As I continued to live a more natural life and my needs and wants became more and more simple, my capacity for compassion and love of others also grew. I wanted to live with Mother Nature instead of against her, and I wanted to share this joy with others as well..  This is where I ran into problems.  Many others that I talked to about this were not as eager to change there habits as I was.  Some people even got very upset with me.  Eventually I realized that people will not change, no matter how destructive their lifestyle or habits, until they are willing.  I came to understand that to the best way to change things around you is to be the change that you want to see in the world.  You can not force others to change, but if you are happy and full of joy then they will start to wonder why.  Eventually your joyfulness will rub off on them.  They will begin to see the happiness and joy that they can experience in you, if they chose to do so.  Ghandi said "be the change you want to see in the world," and I believe that anyone that wants to see real change should take that to heart.

LL's Magnetic Clay Baths - LL's Magnetic Clay Baths are probably the best natural product that I know of to rid the body of metals and chemicals.  It is a bentonite clay mixed with herbs and spices that is able to pull toxins from the body.  This bentonite is unique in that it has only about 1/4% aluminum content.  Many other clays can have as much as 75%.  This particular bentonite also has more pulling power that any other bentonite that I know of.  There are nine different LL's Magnetic Clay Bath kits including:

Bio-Chelat - Bio-Chelat is a remedy that was developed by a German doctor.  It is an oral heavy metal chelator that is especially effective at pulling out mercury.  It acts life chelation therapy in that it weakens that bond that mercury has on the cells, but is much gentler and has little or no side effects.

Heavy Metal Quick Test Kit -  Test for metals in your body in the comfort of your own home.  This does not tell the levels of metals in the body, just which ones.  This kit can also test water or other liquids.  It will detect mercury, zinc, copper, cadmium, aluminum and lead.

Dr. Schulze's Formula #1 and Formula #2 - I believe that this is one of the best colon cleansers available.  The herbs are pure and fresh, which is why it is so potent.  If you took the same herbs in the health food store and put them together you would not get the same results. The formula #1 will get the bowels moving, and then the formula #2 does a deep cleanse.  Will also helps to clean out heavy metals and chemicals.

Eat a simple diet of fresh raw fruits, nuts, and vegetables, and a minimal amount of heated wholefoods.  If you are going to eat animal products make sure they are organic, fed natural foods and are free range.  Please make sure they are really free range, because many times companies are permitted to put "free range" on their products even if they are not.  This is much better for the animals as well, because animals that are "grown" on factory farms are forced to endure unimaginable suffering that would make the concentrations camps of Nazi Germany seem like a day care center. Pastuerized and homogenized dairy is toxic. 10. Do not eat too many foods at one time.  Our bodies are only able to properly digest two or three foods at a time.  11. Always chew food thoroughly.  Digestion starts in the mouth. 12.  Eat small meals more frequently rather than fewer large meals.  Our bodies are not able to porperly digest large amounts of food. 13.  Fast one day a week.  This is one of the most effective ways to remove toxic build up from the body. 14.  Try to eat as much local food as possible.  Food loses nutritional value very quickly, so the sooner it is eaten the more nutritional it is. 15. Get plenty of sunshine. 16. Drink pure water.  Preferably distilled or spring water. 17. Breath fresh air. 18. Exercise regularly.  Rebounders are a great a quick way to build muscle, stimulate the heart and cleanse the lymph system. 19  Rid your body of harmful metals and chemicals and radiation through detoxification. 20. Get plenty of good rest. 21. Find some way to increase your energy flow whether it be yoga, tai chi or any other practice that works for you. 22.  Always live in the present.  Do not let a moment pass you by.
