At All_Ways_on_Time We Strive to be On Time in All Ways!

We will gladly receive any returns as we don't like to have ANY unhappy customers. I must admit, it's for selfish reasons; it just makes business and life a little easier when customers are happy! When selling closeouts, it is very easy to overlook a minor problems. We will always work with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the transaction.

If you need to return a watch, please read this carefully. We have attempted to outline all of the specifics to avoid any confusion:

If you have a watch you need to return, please print out this page, fill it out, and return it with the item in order to expedite your refund. This entire webpage (NOT THE ORIGINAL AUCTION PURCHASE PAGE) must be included in the parcel for filing reasons and all information must be filled out accurately, so please be careful in filling out the form. Without this form, you may experience a delay because your item will have to be sent to the research department which only operates on Thursdays. All items are recieved in a PO Box that is checked Saturdays. All returns received before Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday (the next day).

First, if the problem you are having is with the a Citizen not charging:

Many people email me regarding the Citizen Eco Drive watches. They may stop from being in storage and shipping. Please place it in the window for 72 hours, then reset the hands, and it will most likely work. If not, it may have an internal problem. and then if you return it we'll give you a full refund!

Return Policies:

All items must be received within 10 postal days of the day you initially receive the item.
We will not reimburse you for any repairs that you chose to make such as batteries and other work. Ethical watch makers will not charge you for a battery if the watch doesn't start with the new battery.
Shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility. We recommend shipping back items priority mail with labels printed from their website. They verify the address which expedites the delivery. Also, when you print the label online, you recieve free delivery confirmation with a tracking number! And, you can print out a label, stick it on a box, and then hand it to your postal carrier. They also have the option on their website (called "carrier pick up") which is free; a carrier will come to your door and personally take the package. It only costs $4.60, and they insure it up to $100 automatically. We will not reimburse you for shipping prices.

I KNOW IT SEEMS RIDICULOUS THAT I EVEN HAVE TO MENTION THIS, BUT PLEASE, I BEG YOU, PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY ITEM IN ANYTHING BUT A HARD BOX. THE POST OFFICE PROVIDES PRIORITY MAIL ONES FREE, OR USE A BOX YOU FIND AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY SCAN THE BOXES THROUGH A MACHINE AND ANYTHING NOT IN A BOX WILL BE SMASHED. ALSO, USE BUBBLE WRAP, USE NEWSPAPER, USE SOMETHING SO THAT THE ITEM DOES NOT SHAKE. IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN RETURN DELIVERY, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HANDLE THE WHOLE INSURANCE POST OFFICE INSURANCE COLLECTION BUREAOCRACY. LUCKILY I HAVE YET TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN YET, BUT I MUST MENTION THIS!!!
