PAYMENT: We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. PayPal is preferred. Send PayPal payment to: info@am-pmauctions.com Please note that personal checks are gladly accepted but may take up to 5 business days to clear. If sending check or money order, please make payable to AM-PM Auctions, Inc. Invoices are auto-generated at the close of the auction. If one is not received, please check your junk or spam folder. New York State residents please add applicable sales tax on total, including shipping. (sorry, but that's what the gov't requires). International bidders: PayPal is the only payment that is accepted. Cash in US dollars is accepted, but is sent at the buyers risk. Any customs fees, import duties, VAT etc are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs forms will be filled out to indicated the actual price paid. SHIPPING: Most items to a US address are shipped via UPS ground, and insurance up to $100 is automatic. Additional insurance is $1.00 for each $100 increment. We are not responsible for damages or loss on uninsured items. Insurance for USPS is: Fee . . . . . . . . . . Lightweight items to a US address items are shipped via USPS w/ delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available on most items. Please ask. Most items are shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt (except for items paid by check, as noted above).

TERMS: Winning bidder(s) must check-out or contact us within 3 days of auction close and payments must be received within 7 days. Please use eBay checkout, so that correct shipping information is transmitted to us. We reserve the right to relist any items if any of these terms are not complied with. All items are sold as-is with no implied warranty unless otherwise specified in the item description. CLAIMS/RETURNS: Any claims for items received in damaged condition must be made within 5 days of delivery. GRADING STANDARDS FOR BOOKS 1. As New - To be used only when the book is in the same immaculate condition to which it was published. There can be no defects, no missing pages, no library stamps, etc., and the dust jacket (if it was issued with one) must be perfect, without any tears. 2. Fine (F or FN) - Approaches the condition of As New, but without being crisp. For the use of the term Fine, there must also be no defects, etc., and if the jacket has a small tear, or other defect, or looks worn, this should be noted. 3. Very Good (VG) - Describes a book that does show some small signs of wear - but no tears - on either binding or paper. Any defects must be noted. 4. Good (G) - Describes the average used worn book that has all pages or leaves present. Any defects must be noted. 5. Fair - Worn book that has complete text pages (including those with maps or plates) but may lack endpapers, half-title, etc. (which must be noted). Binding, jacket (if any), etc., may also be worn. All defects must be noted. 6. Poor - Describes a book that is sufficiently worn, to the point that its only merit is as a Reading Copy because it does have the complete text, which must be legible. Any missing maps or plates should still be noted. This copy may be soiled, scuffed, stained or spotted and may have loose joints, hinges, pages, etc.
