| Payment:
We send invoices out the
day of the sale. Buyer must contact us within three days regarding method of
payment and payment is due
within ten days of auction close or sale.
We
prefer PayPal, however we also accept money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal e-Checks.
We do not accept personal checks. We will always send you a note letting you know
that payment has been received. No cash please!
Shipping:
We believe in
excellent customer service so your item will ship the next business day after we
receive your payment. Guaranteed ! If you pay for your item using a money order
or a cashiers check, your item will ship next day after payment is received. If you
pay for your item using an e-Check, your item will ship when we receive
notification from PayPal that the E-Check has cleared. We will always send
a shipment confirmation the day your item ships. Our jewelry always ships
carefully packed in a jewelry box or bubble wrapped. Smaller items ship in
bubble envelopes and larger items or lots ship in well padded boxes.
USA packages ship USPS First Class Service if under one pound. Packages
weighing more will ship via Priority Mail.
International packages are flat rate and ship USPS First Class
International. Any overage in shipping charge will be refunded and we pick
up any cost that is more than the auction states.
Insurance is
optional, however we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the
postal service. We advise buyer to purchase insurance to cover this possibility.
Should there be a problem, email us and we will try to rectify the situation.
We do combine shipping.

Feedback: We strive to please
our
customers. We try to avoid problems. If you ever have an issue with your
item, contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will do our best to work things
out.
Non-paying
Bidders: We try to give our customers ample time to pay
for their items. We ask that you email us if you cannot meet our payment policy.
We are more than happy to wait for payment if you let us know that you are
interested in the item. If we do not hear from you within three days regarding
payment, an email
will be sent asking if you are still interested in the item you won. We will send a follow-up invoice after seven days have elapsed. If
we do not hear
from you after ten days a non- paying bidder report will be filed with eBay.
Returns: All sales are final. The
exception is, if we make an gross misrepresentation in the items listing description.
In this case, please email us and your money will be returned once the item is
received back at Amazing Adornments. No questions asked! Please try to do this within seven days.
Again, your
satisfaction is a major priority so if you have any other type of issue with
the item, email us and I will try to work something out with you.

Descriptions
and other miscellaneous policies:
Vintage items are
sold "as purchased" and "as is". We do light
cleaning only
on
vintage items as vintage costume jewelry is delicate and we do not want to run
the risk of ruining them. As these items are vintage they most likely
will not look new. There could be signs or wear. If that is the case, we will
state this in the listings. Any failure on our part to do so is not intentional.
We
do not repair
vintage items. This is best left to a professional! We are not professional
photographers so our images are sometimes not perfect.
A
few Words on what we think vintage jewelry is and how it is
attributed........
As
you may know, not all designers signed or marked their creations. A prime
example is De Lizza and Elster, the makers of what we refer to as "Juliana". The
term Juliana describes a style of jewelry. Many of their items if marked at
all, had only a paper hang tag long since lost!
Some
items come on original cards or have marked tags, however the jewelry is
without the hallmark. We try to state these occasions in our listings.
Vintage to us is any
item from the 1970s and older. Antique to us means an item 100 years old or
older. |
