I just want to thank everybody that takes the time to stop by and read about ampoolee. Selling on ebay has been very good for me. When my husband lost his job in August of 2004, I decided to start listening to my family and friends and I started selling on ebay. I put my heart and soul in to my work and receiving emails and photographs from happy customers makes my day. Thank you all for making ebay a blast and a great job. Best wishes to you all...Michelle

Who is ampoolee you ask??

Ampoolee is Matt and Michelle, a happy little couple. We live in California's central valley along with our two dogs and two cats. We enjoy many hobbies together and buying and selling on ebay is one of them.

My Experience

I have 23 years of sewing experience and 18 of it is in costuming. I owe all my know how to my mom. She was always sewing stuff for me when I was a kid and when I was old enough, I started making my own clothes or whatever I felt like making on that particular day. The first time I attended a ren faire, 15 years ago, I told myself that I had to have a costume so I went home and constructed one. I made costumes for friends and the rest is history. I even made my own wedding dress when Matt and I got hitched!! It was from an actual 1880's pattern with the biggest leg "o" mutton sleeves you've ever seen. I still have my first ren faire costume that I loan out on last minute notice.

I take pride in my work and my costumes are made to last. I use only high quality fabrics, threads, etc. and I make quality costumes that you will be very happy with. Please remember that quality doesn come cheap and that you get what you pay for, so shop around and compare prices and feedback. I want your experience with ebay to be fun and very rewarding. If you are looking for a professionally made costume at a fair price, then this is the place to be. Although all sales are final, I am willing to work with reasonable people.
