Privacy:
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important. At Collectibles by Michelle we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not distribute or sell your name or personal information about you to any third party without your expressed permission. Any information you provide to us with will be held in confidence and used only to improve our services to you.
Legal:
All bids are considered contracts with the seller (me: Collectibles by Michelle), and you the bidder/buyer are bound by the terms of commitment that Ebay has setup. After winning a bid or committing to a listing, if you find that you can not continue with the transaction, you the buyer must contact me to work out a mutual agreement. If you the buyer does not contact me, I will file an "Unpaid Item" claim. I am a fair seller and understand that situations come up, all I ask is communication and the opportunity to work out an agreement. By placing a bid or making a purchase you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Collectibles by Michelle harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses (including all attorney's fees), arising from or related to your use of my products/or Ebay store.
Payment:
Buy it Now items must be paid within 24 hours of the purchase for obvious reasons. All auction payments must be received within 10 days of the closing date. I only accept PayPal. I do not accept personal checks or money orders. There are just too many schemes out there to be wary of. Along this train of thought: be sure to do your checkout with ebay's system. This is protection for us both.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise noted on a sale or promotion; the highest bidder and/or Buy it Now Customers will pay shipping and handling. I use the least expensive method available for each product to help you save. I am not responsible for the item once the item has shipped. Insurance is optional and can be added for a $1.35 on the first $50.00. Most packages are processed in 1-3 days, but sometimes it can be longer. If you have a concern, please contact me for an update. I happily combine shipping on multiple wins. When you are ready to pay please request an invoice on multiple wins.
Shipping to different addresses other than the address listed with your Paypal account is a very big issue with Paypal. If it is a gift please be sure to email me first so I may get the required information to confirm everything prior to check-out. If you don't know the required information don't even ask as the answer will be no for obvious reasons. Doing this will require a special handling fee as well. Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to me. After you receive your item(s), and you find you are not satisfied with your choice and want to return it, please notify me with your concern. You must return the item(s) in its original condition and I will refund you the cost of the item minus 50% paypal fees for restocking fees.
