Preparation & Care:

Much care is taken in the preparation of my windows; they are very sturdy paintings executed in acrylic and oil on glass medium, and varnished.

Care is very simple: Spray Windex(TM) on a paper towel and gently wipe over the surface of the glass and painting whenever needed. Dry with another paper towel as necessary. These really are very sturdy. Don't take a steak knife to them! But they will well withstand cleaning as needed.

Packing & Shipping:

Even more care is taken in their packing and shipping - buy with the confidence that should your window arrived damaged, you will NEVER have to deal with the claim issue. Simply let me know, and send photos if you can. I will notify the shipper to come pick her up and will IMMEDIATELY issue you a full refund.

I always advise new buyers of my windows to have a bar or two of soap on hand when they unwrap their window once it has arrived. It takes awhile to get them out of their traveling clothes, and you will need that soap to wash your mouth out from all the unladylike words that will issue forth as you wade through all those packing materials.

They are packed in custom-fit boxes and 2" of InsulFoam(TM) [rigid foam house insulation], bubble wrap, and more tape than you can POSSIBLY imagine! There are two secrets to successfully shipping windows. One -- there can be no movement in the box, and two, NOTHING goes in the box but that which is necessary to protect and pack the window.
