About Anne :
I have been interested in antiques for as long as I can remember and after many years of collecting started to sell off surplus items. This gradually turned into a full-time business and I now have 13 years experience in the antiques trade with 8 of these on eBay.
I will not normally send you a paper invoice but am happy to include one in your parcel if requested.
My Stock :
I specialise in English Art Pottery, Tiles, Glass & Jewellery dating from 1880 to 1980 with a special interest in items from the arts movements. My stock is fresh from local auctions, fairs and estate sales and as I do not sell at Fairs or through Antique Centers you are offered "first pick". There are at least 20 new items added to my auctions most Thursday and Sunday evenings. Please see my shop for a wider view of my stock.

My Promise :
Your custom is important to me and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. I try to provide accurate descriptions and a first class service however it is possible for me to make the occasional error and if an item fails to live up to my description I will always offer a full refund for its safe return. Please contact me before returning an item and within 3 days of receipt. I can only refund P&P if the return is due to an error on my part
Payment
I can accept cheque / check payments in £, $ and Euros and use ebays exchange rate at the time the auction ends which I believe is fair to both of us. You can also pay via Paypal but this must be in £ Sterling.
Postage & Packaging
P&P costs are provided on my listings, this includes a reasonable charge to cover quality packaging. I will be happy to combine postage on multiple purchases wherever possible and pass on any savings made.
I normally post items out at least 3 times a week and so your items should go out within one or two working days of cleared payment. I will mail you to let you know when your item is on its way.
Your item will be packed to the highest standards to ensure that it reaches you safely. All glass and pottery is packed in new bubble wrap and boxes. Jewellery items are places in a card box before being packed into a new bubble envelope.
