Dianne Jenkins: owner
|
My name is Dianne Jenkins and I owned Antique Warehouse in Wapakoneta, OH. The building my shop was housed in was built in 1867 or earlier, as that was the first year public records were kept. I wanted to find info on the building and some history on it when I considered rennovating it in 1995. After a year of hard work, new roof, new ceiling, knocking plaster off the walls, sanding the original wood floors, and moving out $2,000 worth of trash, my friend, Joyce Heinl and I started an antique store. The store has now closed as of last week and the property is now up for sale and listed with the Prudential Real Estate Company for $69,900. If you are interested in purchasing this fine antique building and the empty lot beside it, please contact BINKLEY REAL ESTATE IN WAPAKONETA, OH.
I have decided to close the physical store recently due to fluctuating gas prices and a severe downturn in traffic from the Interstate. I will now expand my Ebay store and become an Ebay trading assistant. If you are interested in someone with experience to sell your items on Ebay for you, I charge $8.00 to list items priced over $500.00 (not accepting items listing for less than $500.00) If your item is not sold within 30 days, It will be returned to you without a further charge. If your item sells within 30 days, there will be a value fee charged of 10% and 30% of the final sale will be my fee. For further info, or to answer any questions you may have, please call my cell: 419-773-9513. Thanks for your interest and please let me know if we can do some business together!
THIS IS AN UPDATE FOR MY ABOUT ME PAGE!
Antiquewarehouses.com is three months old now and doing very well. We have sold almost $20,000 in merchandise for the public and several retail stores. Some of the merchandise being rather high end. My plans are now to become a registered trading assistant on Ebay, and TO OPEN A HOME OFFICE. Our customers have been wonderful to work with and the consignors a real pleasure!
I hope to see you locals soon to list your items with me now and it's time to clean out that basement and garage for saleable items perfect for Ebay. Let me list, take pictures, collect the money, ship..... in otherwords, do all the work involved for you. All you have to do is collect a check on the 16th of the month after your sale.
