John is a graduate of New Haven University with a degree in the Fine Arts. After 23 years in retail management he has returned to his great passion-painting in oils, watercolors, pastels and acrylics and new~ Monoprints. He has a unique style as exhibited in his auctions with an admiration of the greats-Winslow Homer, Zoltan Szabo, Matisse, Childe Hassam, Edward Hopper and others. John's works have found their way around the world over the last 20 years and he couldn't be happier. Lately he has taken to moving into regional areas for extended periods to feel their flavor and extend his works. John is always trying new creative aspects of art to keep his work fresh and innovative. In 2008, he has now taken his interest in American barns and farms to new heights as he continues to study the styles and architecture for his original works.
