businesses have donated items to make this site possible and they have our deepest thanks! Some of our items are brand new
while others are very gently used. We strive to only list items in our auctions that are in very good to excellent condition.
If any item has imperfections we always note it in the ad. If you don't see anything you would like to purchase

Payment & Shipping Terms

Please pay or respond within 3 days of our emailed invoice. Payment is due within 7 days. We provide grace time for money orders to arrive but please confirm that they are mailed promptly.

We will be happy to combine shipments to save your shipping dollars!

• Combined shipping will be automatically calculated, usually at standard rate for first item then $1.50 or so for eah additional auction won. If you wish to combine shipping notify us that you are bidding on other items of ours. Once all of the auctions are closed we will send you a total using USPS shipping.
• We ship all items within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.
• The shipping calculator quotes shipping using USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post and/or First Class Mail (Media Mail on books and movies)

Ark of Hope For Children is a non-profit, 501c3 organization in North Central Florida that is dedicated to providing stable, loving homes for abused and neglected children in a Christian environment.We are committed to being lighthouses to these homeless and disadvantaged children by modeling unconditional love, while providing focused support and educational guidance.In doing so we will break the chains of past abuse and guide the children into lives filled with faith, hope and love.

A foster child is one that has been removed from his or her for home for their own safety due to physical abuse,sexual abuse and/or severe neglect at the hands of their birth parents or adult relatives. When they leave the home often all they can take with them fitd into a small box or kitchen sizedgarbage bag. They may be safe, but their lives go on full of turmoil and doubt.

• 518,000 children in foster care in the United States
• 32,000 children in Florida's foster care system
• 65-85% of children entering care have at least one sibling however 64-75% of siblings are separated in foster care
• Children often "bounce" to 2 or more homes per year
• 32 months is the average stay in foster care in the U.S. (many are in care much longer than that)
• 50-80% will hopefully return home.The rest become available for adoption or "age out" at 18 years old

3+ years after "aging out" at 18 years old...

• Only 54% have earned a high school diploma
• Only 14% have graduated from a four year college
• 25-44% have experienced homelessness
• 62% can not maintain employment for a year
• 38% are coping with serious emotional problems
