The feedback forum remains the best method of determining a seller's credibility. At the time of writing I have over 700 postives with a score of well over 800 positives & just 2 negatives .This is 99.7% POSITIVE.

One Negative is from a bidder who did not pay for her auction & thank goodness ebay has now changed the system and these bidders are no longer able to leave negative feedback.The other negative is from another buyer who seems to make a habit of leaving negative feedback .This person also has 3 negatives , to 12 positives feedback. I don't think I need say anymore about that ebayer!

SHIPPING

All items are packed so they will arrive in as advertised condition.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss to any item while in transit so insurance is recommended/compulsory.

Items are packed very well, but I am not responsible for glazing in frames.Items with glazing are packed in double layers of cardboard and bubblewrap.Glazing will be removed from larger items before shipping. Let me know your preferance with smaller artwork.

PAYMENT

All payments are due within 7 days of auction close.

We accept the following forms of payment :

Within Australia preferred payment - direct deposit .Pay with your credit card using Paymate,Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Personal checks must be drawn on Australian banks.

When paying by personal cheque please allow clearance time.

As I a located in country Victoria, please allow between 5 and 7 days shipping time.

International payments- Paypal. Paymate- customers in USA, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore can now safely register and make a payment from their local bank account.

Please note you pay no extra for using paypal or paymate. All Merchant fees are paid by us.

We guarantee the Authenticity of all paintings/ art works and other vintage items etc sold by us .

We guarantee the description of all goods and every endeavor is made to accurately describe all items. Consideration must be taken into account for the colour variations between computer monitors.If buyer feels that the item is not as advertised, buyer is to return item & we will happily refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
