Just before the horrifying terror and catastrophic event of 9/11 happened in New York City, Poutchkov Vladimir was given a project by Samuel J. LeFrak . The idea of the project was reviewed and approved by Mr.Tom Francesco, the head manger of Battery Park residential buildings. The artist was given a task to portray World Financial Center from the bird eye view. The mural size is about 16 feet by 18 feet. The preparation of the wall for the mural to be painted on took several weeks, and was greatly executed by International Paint, Co. The mural is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Manhattan. It has unique composition where 3dimentional structure of the buildings is outputted in two-dimensional, adopted for the wall painting style. The style itself does not have any comparison in the world art. After the tragedy of the terror act there was a committee in the lobby with the mayor of New York City, Rudolph Giuliani and president of United States. Furthermore the committee decided to display a memorial in front of the mural. The mural was created in 1996 and is permanently exhibited near the site of the World Trade Center at the residential plaza. In 1998 Another project was given to the artist shortly, after the Twin Towers mural was finished. Samuel J. LeFrak asks the artist to work in New Port, New Jersey in Atlantic building, by Mr.Tom Francesco had gave an original idea for the project , that was approved by Samuel J. LeFrak. The building located at the waterfront right across the river, from the World Fanatical Center. There are docks in front of the Atlantic building, and you can see sailing boats, also there is a sailing school by the Hudson River. The mural is reflect the surrounding waterfront environment, portraying the riverside. The mural was created in sizeIt is another permanent exposition, beautifully painted by Lauren. The Mural is exposed to thousands of people in everyday life.

Poutchkov Vladimir was given another project by Samuel J. LeFrak not long after completing the New Port Waterfront mural. The idea of the project was reviewed and approved by Mr.Tom Francesco, the head manger of Battery Park residential area buildings. The artist was given a task to portray New Port waterfront from the broad walk view of Battery Park site. The mural is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Manhattan. The new fresh style of Lauren combined figures and landscape together, the frame that looks like wood around the mural is also drawn by hands. You can see some fine details in the distinguished decorative style portrayed by Lauren. All of the interior including marble on the bottom and columns were also painted by Lauren The mural was created in 1997 and is permanently exhibited near the site of the World Trade Center at the residential plaza.

The one of the first projects given to Lauren was for well-known European Fashion Designer, Ted Lapidus. The company has an office- store on 5 th Avenue in Manhattan New York. The artist was told to use any of his own ideas for the murals. However all the female models have to wear a Ted Lapidus designed cloth, which have to be drown exactly as a fashion itself, Lauren combined mythological creatures of his own vision, and beautiful models wearing the designer cloth. Also the technique and the material was used in particular mural, have no analogs in a world art, some parts of the mural was painted and covered with golden and silver dust, other parts with plastic like glitters, and so one. The mural was of several sized starched canvasses that were applied to the wall in the main New York office where company took the place. It is a fascinating mural of one of the kind. The size of 8 canvases each one about 4 feet by 12 feet or more. The mural is located at the Fifth Avenue office in New York City, and exposed to the fashion world of today. The Grand Prospect Hall project. Mr. Mike Halkies, the owner of the Grand Prospect Hall, hired artist Lauren Versailles (Poutchkov ) in 1993 to portray a lively ballroom scene. The artist scattered among the dancers the faces of Halkias' friends and famous singers like Luciana Pavarotti . The walls were bare inside the historic catering palace before the Lauren began his work. The only place that was finished was the theater. Then Poutchkov Vladimir had to come up with new ideas that would reflect the architecture and the time frame of the historic building. The Grand Prospect Hall is located at 263 Prospect Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn.The Hall has been host to various movies, music videos, photo shoots, and fairytale weddings. It is also has been the first theater in Brooklyn that opened in 1892. The historical property itself was a residence of Al Capone for 10 years.On the first meeting with Vladimir, Mr. Mike Halkies proposed to paint the walls like marble. Vladimir offered to create a palace like atmosphere. He made a scaled sketch of artwork that would fit into the mirrors. The colors were selected by Mr. Mike Halkies. First Vladimir had to make a scaled drawing on the wall for the plasterwork. After that, he worked on the mural pieces that would fit inside of the plaster frame. Then gold leaf was applied to all of the plaster designs. All of the artworks in Grand Prospect Hall are unique and specially designed to fit Grand Prospect Hall interiors. All of the smaller ornamental decorative artwork was painted directly onto the walls without sketches. The columns at the main hall were painted to resemble marble. In the foyer Vladimir designed the artwork on the ceiling. There were plaster-casting specialists who assisted Lauren. There were thirty or more murals created inside the Grand Prospect Hall by Putchkov Vladimir.
