Welcome to my "About Me" page. I love to shop at auctions, yard sales and flea markets. As I'm sure most of you do, I come home with a lot of stuff I really don't need but I just had to have. That's one of the great things about living in America, we can get things just because we wanted to. I enjoy having neat stuff that has no usefulness other than my own enjoyment. I got to thinking that if I gave you an opportunity to get some of my neat stuff then you could enjoy it for awhile and I would have room to get new stuff.
So here's the plan, I'll go to the auctions, yard sales and flea markets and buy really cool stuff that can sit around my home for me to enjoy. When I get the urge to go get new stuff you get my old stuff and you can enjoy it for awhile then pass it on to someone else who needs cool stuff to enjoy.
This way we get to enjoy a lot of cool stuff and so do other people. We may make a few dollars, we may loose a few dollars but it's not about the money it's about having cool stuff to enjoy.
Let's have fun at this and keep passin stuff around,
Thanks, Brian
My wife and I live north of Charlotte, NC. We love being able to shoot to the mountains in an hour or the beach in a couple of hours. That's us in the photo. Man am I getting old! How come she stays so young looking? And that's our only child Mitzy in the other photo. We live at "Never Done Acres". It's mostly my fualt that it's never done. I love to get into projects and I'm usually into a new one before I finish the last one.
We have a Koi pond, lots of flower beds and we serve a buffet every day for all the area criters. Emma has worked hard to get the proper plants and shelter for the many varieties of birds we get in the yard and we now qualify as a wildlife preserve. It's fascinating, when we moved here 9 years ago we never saw a bird or squirrel in the yard. Now we just about have to dodge them when we're in the yard.
Well, that's my life, it's simple, but I like it that way.
