We have compiled details on shipping, domestic and overseas, as well as many more answers to FAQ, in the hopes of providing you with any information you may wish to know..."before" you bid/buy. INVOICE? Needed for multiple purchases to be shipped at the same time and for International buyers. Checking out will give the majority of buyers (within the 48 contiguous U.S.; excludes only Alaska and Hawaii) a total including shipping and insurance. ONLY in cases where shipping is not included, or you are outside the regular delivery area will you need to request an invoice for a total amount due. Please do not request an invoice unnecessarily, extra work holds things up = increased pricing; our goal is to keep costs down.

We will mark your order as "RUSH" to esnure speedy shipping. If there isn't enough time allotted for arrival at your destination, we will let you know, giving you the option of expedited shipping.
PAYPAL customers please note that any discrepancy between the final total and amount paid, any outstanding balance will be due, as well as a secondary fee charged by PAYPAL (minimum .50) and added to your total outstanding amount due and payable. A discrepancy is normally the absence of payment with regard to insurance and/or state sales tax (6% of sale price) applicable only when goods are sold to MI residents.
Online payment systems permit us only to ship to confirmed addresses. If we do not adhere to their policy we do so at our own risk, a risk we are not willing to take. If you have an alternate destination, other than a "confirmed address" for your purchase, we need to know to whom and the reason why. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you wish to wait for other auctions to be completed we ask that you alert us through email. NPB (non-paying bidder) letters will be requested through eBay on delinquent accounts. MI residents must add 6% state sales tax to the purchase price of their item(s).
NOTE: If you have a sales tax license exempting you from the sales tax charge you must provide us with a copy of your license either by USPS mail or fax. Sorry, we will not ship tax exempt without receiving this information first; we tried the honor system and it did not work.

Launched on December 1, 2003 our ORDER TRACKING page has been a tremendous success and an invaluable tool. Excuse its elementary appearance, it works! We're learning as we go, so if you saw it initially, and have been following it now and again you'll see many improvements over the years.

SHIPPING YES, we can combine "some items" to save shipping costs. You must email us to let us know what items you have bought, or will be bidding/buying. Things like rugs and prints cannot be shipped in the same box. Pedal cars ship individually calculated as volume wgt (weight) based on dims (dimensions) and are charged as oversize 2; our rates are often much lower than actual charges.
Sorry, no CODs, pick ups welcome on in stock inventory.
Shipping Timetable: Allow 2-3 business days to process an order for in stock merchandise going out via DHL, FX and UPS; although we strive for next business day service in getting goods shipped.
USPS items are shipped out once or twice per week.

DHL, UPS and FX can only deliver to a street address, they are not permitted to deliver to a PO Box. If a PO Box address is all you have we suggest shipping to a business address, friend or relative.
USPS items can be shipped to a PO Box address. Items going via USPS include, but are not limited to: puzzle, mug, sign, book, prints and other light weight items.
USPS EXCEPTIONS: Multiple items destined to the same address may go courier ground.

CONSIGNEE DETAILS: Consignee = name of the person to whom we have shipped merchandise; also give us the shipping address, a day and evening telephone number should it be necessary to contact you directly.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?Most catalogues and stores will tell you 7-10-14 days and more, for basic, non-expedited processing/shipping. Uh ah, not here! We'll have your merchandise on its way within 2-3 business days on in stock inventory, but our goal is...next day! If however, you have a deadline and time is short please call us.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
That's easy, check the "ORDER TRACKING" page found on our WS.
NOTE: We request that you kindly leave us feedback once you have received your item(s). This will let us know that you have received your merchandise safely and we will reciprocate. We will leave feedback on every order and ask that you "please" take the time to do the same for us. Feedback is important for us both, and serves a dual purpose giving us each ratings and bringing a close to the transaction.

Last shipping day for "guaranteed" delivery by Christmas from carriers such as FX and UPS will probably be December 10th. Our years of experience at Christmas provides us with a realistic view on whether or not a package may still make it in time. Let us know what you wish to purchase, the zip code and state for shipping and we'll give you an honest answer. The countdown begins on December 11th but remember, the deadline for "guaranteed" delivery will have already passed.

Return Policy
Sorry, we do not ship on approval.
No returns are allowed, unless damaged in transit.
Any shipping damage must be reported to us in writing (email) within 7 (seven) days of receipt; which will be verified by the DHL, FX or UPS tracking #; sorry absolutely no exceptions*. Only goods confirmed to be damaged in shipping and authorized for return by us will be accepted. DO NOT throw anyway any of the packing materials, 100% credit WILL NOT be given if any of the materials (including plastic bag) are missing. The unit must have "ALL" original packing material including, but not limited to, Styrofoam, plastic bag, bubble wrap (where used) and shipping carton; this is the only way we can make a claim.
The unit must not be used and must be in new, resalable condition.
Any unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
* What about merchandise purchased for Christmas or other such special event?
YES, you must inspect your unit and report any damage to us in writing within 7 days or receipt.
What if I just go ahead and send something back?
Then its your responisbility to track the package and ensure we receive the item. You will not be refunded any money for shipping charges, credit card fees and there will be a re-stocking fee of 30% that will not be refunded. The balance will be refunded PROVIDED the item is unused, 100% saleable condition. We drop ship from many locations saving $$$ on s/h/i to us and ultimately our buyers, these suppliers WILL NOT accept returns, nor can we.
Our profits are minimal and we just cannot offer the low pricing and all the frills.
We know our buyers, they want the most bang for their buck!

BONUS -- FREE T-SHIRT: Please go back to the original auction site; "if" and "when" a T-shirt is offered, the onus is on you to email us immediately, or leave us a message when paying through Billpoint or Paypal. We need to know the tee size you prefer: adult M, L, XL, XXL; child's 2/4, limited quantity of size 6/8. When offered as a bonus the tee shirt is free and will be shipped with your pedal unit whenever possible.
EXCEPTION: If we drop ship from another state your tee will be sent via
USPS, separately at our expense.
NOTE: We do not automatically include a FREE tee when offered
with a purchase; you must request it as stated above and only if qualified (see original auction site). If we ship separately because you have forgotten to let us know the size, etc. it must be at your expense.
FREE offers/giveaways are normally advertised by stating "allow 6-8-12 weeks for delivery". As we are unjustly receiving nuetral feedback as a result of being behind in sending out our tees, we must do the same. We have offered this program for over a year now and because of its popularity we will gladly continue to offer it. However, the tees run out very quickly, no matter how many we reorder each time. Re-orders usually take 12 weeks from supplier's door to ours. In addition it takes considerable time as the FREE tee is like processing a completely seperate order, creating double the work for us. We mail out a few in our twice a week mailings but the enormity of the task can be substainial.
We believe this is very fair, most companies advertising FREE merchandise do so indicating "while supplies last", we do not; we reorder.

Our photographs, images, pictures, descriptions, etc. are "not" provided for use by any persons without explicit, written permission from us. Upon request, our dealers do have permission to use same. We have authorization to use manufacturers' images from our suppliers.
Would you believe a competitor not only used our pic on his WS but basically "SOLD" same by using our pics when building other websites??? Neither could we!!! We do not consider this borrowing, we consider it theft!!!
