Who are AudioSpares?

AudioSpares and AudioSpares.Com are trading names of AudioSpares Limited. AudioSpares Limited is registered in England as company number 05928202.

AudioSpares Limited are importers and distributors of high quality professional audio spares and components. Specialising in professional studio spares, PA parts and components for live sound and video applications, AudioSpares buy direct from the manufacturers to bring you top-quality audio/visual components at rock-bottom prices!

We have been trading on eBay since 2005 and have many thousands of satisfied customers, via eBay, our own website and trade/educational accounts.

Where are AudioSpares based?

AudioSpares are a UK company based in Derby, East Midlands. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nottingham.

Can I collect my order from AudioSpares?

AudioSpares do not have a counter service open to the public. We keep our prices low by keeping our operating costs down. We can arrange for collection of larger, bulkier items (over 20Kg) or for larger combined orders (over £100) from either our Nottingham warehouse or one of our partner companies in Nottingham but collection is by appointment only and we reserve the right to charge a collection fee.

Can you combine shipping if I order more than one item?

AudioSpares are often able to combine orders at the checkout to discount shipping before you pay. Please contact us with a list of the items and quantities you would like to buy and we will get back to you asap with a combined P&P price. We are unable to discount postage on some bulky, heavy or products sealed or packaged in such a way that they need to be shipped seperately.

I want to buy multiple items. Can I get a quotation?

AudioSpares are happy to provide quotes and create listings for multiple items or if you want more of an item than is listed on eBay.

Do you have the goods in stock?

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all goods are available from stock at AudioSpares own warehouse when the item is listed.

I want an audio part you don't have listed. Can you get it?

Please contact us if you want an item not listed on eBay; it is already available for sale via one of our other sales channels we can create an eBay listing for you or try our best to get it .

When will I recieve my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving cleared payment and most are sent sameday. Orders in Mainland UK are sent either via First Class or a Courier service for UK orders; neither are guaranteed but most orders arrive in 1-2 days. International orders are usually sent via Airmail and delivery times vary depending on the destination country; European customers typically receive their order within one week, the rest of the world within two weeks, but some delays can be expected for customs clearance, seasonal demand and fowarding by your local carrier.

Do I have to pay tax on purchases from AudioSpares?

AudioSpares Limited are registered for VAT, registration number GB 925 3180 35. VAT is *included* at standard rate in all our prices; there are no "hidden extras" - what you see is what you pay!. We send a VAT Receipt/Invoice with all orders to allow VAT Registered customers in the UK to claim back the VAT.

I have an AudioSpares discount card. How do I use it?

AudioSpares Discount Cards and promotion codes are not valid for eBay purchases.

Postal Payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), drawn against a UK bank account or Post Office and made payable to "AudioSpares". Payments via methods other than PayPal require a minimum of seven days for processing and clearing.

We welcome international orders from customers outside the UK but regret we are unable to process transfers, Money Orders, checks or currency from outside the UK or in currencies other than UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Postage

AudioSpares aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your order and cleared payment.

Royal Mail - First Class/Airmail

United Kingdom orders sent via Royal Mail First Class mail usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. First Class mail is not a guaranteed service so does not provide tracking or guaranteed delivery times and may take longer to be delivered. Please allow upto 15 working days for delivery as Royal Mail will not investigate claims for delayed or missing post within this time.

International orders sent via Airmail usually arrive in the destination country within a few days but additional time should be allowed for customs clearance and handling by local carriers. Typical delivery times are approximately one week within Europe and two weeks for most other countries. Airmail is not a guaranteed service so does not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times and may take longer to be delivered. Please allow upto 25 working days for delivery as Royal Mail will not investigate claims for delayed or missing post within this time.

We are unable to trace or investigate delayed or missing orders within the times shown above unless the optional Insurance is taken when the order is placed. Compensation for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit may be subject to a claim against the carrier.

These limits may NOT apply if you choose to pay for Insurance.

Couriers

Some insured deliveries and large or heavy orders over 2KG are sent using a courier service.

United Kingdom courier pricing is valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact us with your Post Code for a quote for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and all other non-mainland addresses.

Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your eBay account and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order. Someone will need to be available at the address given to accept and sign for delivery. If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for damaged, delayed or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of dispatch.

If the carrier is unable to deliver or contact you via telephone they will usually return the parcel to a local depot for collection. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.

Insurance

Insured shipments are sent via a guaranteed service providing tracking and insurance. These services often get priority handling by carriers and may be delivered faster than standard mail services. If you would like to take advantage of this service for guaranteed or insured delivery please simply add the additional cost for insurance to your order when paying. Please contact us if you would like more details and a quote for express or guaranteed delivery.

Collections

Collections from AudioSpares are by appointment only. Customers who prefer to collect large/heavy items over 25KG or orders over £150 may be able do so by prior arrangement.

Returns

14 DAY "NO QUIBBLE" RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify AudioSpares via email within seven days of receipt.

Please verify suitability/compatibility and read the item description, payment details and the Terms & Conditions before ordering. If you wish to return an item please contact us via email within seven days for return instructions. Items must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging and in "as new" condition. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs for returned goods unless faulty or sent in error.

AudioSpares liability shall not exceed the replacement value of the item purchased.

Please refer to Postage above for compensation for items delayed, missing or damaged in transit.

AudioSpares support the eBay community by leaving feedback for our customers. Please leave feedback so we know your order has arrived safely and we will usually do the same within 24 hours.

AudioSpares reserve the right to decline or cancel orders which are unpaid or placed from accounts with a feedback rating of zero (or less!) or a record of non-payment. If you are a new eBay customer with no feedback please contact us for assistance BEFORE ordering goods of value exceeding £50.
