Late 2005, two verydifferent people decided to fashion an idea and start a collaboration. Thus, AWESOMERYL was born. The name derives from us being, well, awesome. Meryl is a combination of our names (Melanie and Daryl), and when you put it all together, you get, viola, Awesomeryl.
Now a few years later, we have spent many a dollar on goods, products and merchandise that probably could've gone to fund our education, transportation and housing needs. Now that we are well aware of our errs, we are attempting to sell our stuff back to the community, and start paying off all those bills, loans and car payments. We're selling for dirt nothing, especially with shipping being free, but hey, it's always nice to catch a break every now and then, right? Besides, we have WAY TOO MUCH stuff now... Really... Honestly... You should see how we manage to live our chaotic lives. We always talk about what it would be like for us to have a reality show... Till that day comes, you're probably better off.
At any rate, thank you for your time. Hope you enjoyed our story. We'd love to give you the full version, just ask! :]
AWESOMERYL...
...happens to collect, purchase and accrue quite a significant amount of items...
From books, clothes, shoes, housewares, school supplies, office supplies, you name it, you'd probably be shocked to know that we have it. Somewhere. But we'll find it for you, if you really want it.
...happens to enjoy shopping beyond our means, unfortunately,
For the latest in kicks, hoodies and shirts. Some we keep, the rest we sell here. You gotta share after all. We're fortunate to live in a city where stores come in the dozen, not to mention we work literally just a few hundred feet away from one of the best stores in LA.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
