I take pride in caring for the things I own and keeping them in the best shape possible (even those that weren't in the best shape when I aquired them). However, I've decided to give up a few of my hobbies/games/game books so I have (and in the near future will) put some of my 'tools & supplies' up for auction. I will also be auctioning items that I no longer use and/or have room to store.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Payment: At the moment, I only accept PayPal. I do not have a problem if there will be delays in payment. All I ask is that you contact me to let me know. Items are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is clear.
Listings: I might be a bit over descriptive on items I have listed but I just want to make sure that you know what you are getting, with no surprises. I try to be as honest as possible when listing an item and try to display pictures that accurately show each item. I like to know exactly what I am getting when I bid on an item and I try extend the same consideration for others.
Item Categories and costs: Many of the books and guides I sell can be shipped media mail. However, magazines cannot because they contain advertising. They have to be shipped at parcel or priority mail rate. If the package would be randomly inspected and found to be shipped the wrong way, it will get sent back to me for re-shipping. This will cause delays and additional cost and possibly can be lost in transition. Rather than take that chance, I do not ship media mail for magazines. This might seem inflated but it is simply the actual cost of shipping by weight plus a minimal handling fee.
Please keep in mind that media mail is among the cheapest rate but it also takes the longest amount of time to arrive (up to 2 weeks, depending on the region). Consider the extra time delivery might take. If that seems too long, I also offer other methods of shipping, usually priority mail. I cannot control how long it takes the post office to deliver. All I can do is get it sent out quickly.
Shipping Info: Sometimes my job can make it difficult to get to post office during regular working hours which is why I state that shipping will be within 3 days. Items will go out same day as payment is received if possible but I will mail all packages myself. I tried trusting someone to help me out with that once and they "forgot about it". Made shipping on those packages take twice as long as it should have and not something I will do again. I ship only by USPS right now and will do my best to get items shipped quickly.
If I can't find a reasonably fitting box for the items being shipped, I make my own boxes. The least amount of cardboard possible is used (quality material to ship items as protected as possible). The only exception to that is media mail packages must be 1" to get inexpensive delivery confirmation so thinner books may seem to be in 'wasted space'. My packing materials are always clean. I recycle when I can so things might look a little odd when you get them. Doing this keeps keep handling costs down. I hope that "home made packaging" does not offend anyone but I would rather reuse materials if at all possible.
Insurance is optional but if item is not insured, I will not be responsible for damage in transit or for lost items.
Multiple Items and Cost of Shipping : I am willing to combine shipping on multiple items. I try to get similar items listed within a reasonable time of each other but between work schedules and finding new things as I go through stored boxes, that's not always possible. If you plan on bidding on multiple items, please let me know so I can hold the item/s. Please be aware that if items fall within different shipping categories, it is possible there might not be much savings. I do not intentionally gouge or inflate shipping costs. Weight of item (as ready to be shipped) is entered and costs are charged accordingly. However, I do add a handling charge.
The handling charge ($1.00) covers the cost of delivery confirmation and a tiny bit towards packing. Tracking number will be sent with notice the item has been shipped.
Refunds: I try to be as accurate as possible in both the description and pictures so there will be no 'surprises' when you receive the item (or items). If you feel there is any kind of problem, please let me know and I will try to make things right. But please contact me before leaving feedback and see if we can get things worked out. I sell most of my items "as is" because I am confident of the quality and I state any possible flaws I notice. If I have missed something concerning an item, I am more than happy to work with you about it.
For returns, item must be returned in the condition it was received and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Feedback: I will leave feedback after receiving cleared/released payment. Feedback in return after the item has been received is greatly appreciated. Please remember that I have no control over how long the postal service might take to deliver (especially with media mail) and that I do not gouge shipping charges. I charge what it costs to ship plus delivery confirmation (covered by handling fee).
Communication is valued highly and greatly appreciated and I try to give the same in return.
