Barbqcatfishtaco, along with assistants, Me and You, they are the ones pictured, have been Ebay buyers for over one year now.  We have found really one of a kind inexpensive fantastic purchases on the site.  I seldom go shopping anymore except the groceries and Walmart.  Sorry I have found very few things cheaper than Walmart and plus they are new with a warrenty.  Clothes, I buy on Ebay.  Gifts, Ebay.  Kitchen, linens, bedding, curtains, deco all Ebay.

Now the disadvantages.   There are many on Ebay who use the site and sell items using fraudulant methods.  They falsely advertise their products, do not honor return guarentees, and send broken items as if it is a surprise to them.  And of course, many who simply refuse to respond to emails or telephone calls.   Fortunately  these are the exception and not the majority.  We Ebay buyers, must ban together and not let the threat of a negative feedback affect us.  If affects a seller far more than it does a buyer.  Then we must continue with Ebay and Paypal and our own Banks and credit card companies to refund our money and alert them the practices of these people.

I am firmly a believer that if a buyer even one time defrauds one seller they should be banned.  Make them go to other avenues to defraud others, not on Ebay.  It is up to us the buyers to alert Ebay and paypal of these people and insist they be removed.

If a person does not send merchandise, and you have paid for it, this is FRAUD.  Do not stop, go to the State Attorney General's Offfice and file a complaint.  They may be waiting on just one more complaint to file on this person.  Do you want it to happen to others, or to you again>??  Put the word out in force we do NOT allow defrauders on Ebay.
