Additional Terms & Conditions & Important Information on Shipping:  Please note that if you are the successful bidder and cannot pickup your large or bulky item, you as the Buyer are obligated to pay the level and cost of packing, shipping, and insurance amount for whatever you think is necessary.  Shipping and packing is the responsibility of the buyer.  Due to the unique nature of the items offered, shipping costs will vary from lot to lot. Factors that might affect shipping costs include value, size, condition and destination, among others. Bidders should also be aware that packing and shipping costs may be substantial, particularly if the lot is of large size or weight, or requires special packing due to its fragileness or construction. If a bidder has any questions about the potential cost of shipping a lot, the bidder should contact the shipping company of their choice to obtain a shipping quote.  Pickup is recommended whenever possible. Buyer must insure the item for whatever they think is necessary as Seller is not liable for any acts or omissions of any shipping carrier or packers. Any claim for loss or damage should be addressed directly to shipping carrier.  Seller is not responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the Buyer. When the shipper picks up the lot from the seller or the seller delivers the lot to the shipper for shipment to the Buyer, title to the lot and risk of loss will pass to the Buyer. In the event of loss or damage, the Buyer should contact the shipping agent and process a claim under the applicable insurance policy. Seller is not obligated to take a lot back if the lot was damaged in transit (although Seller provides reasonable assistance to help the Buyer resolve damage claims with the insurer). Shipping, packing, & handling charges are not refundable. In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, the Buyer must retain all packing materials and any of the contents of the package(s) in order to make a claim.  Most of our items are sold "as is" and are final.  Buyer may return a item within 21 days of the end of auction date, only when it is reasonably demonstrated that the physical condition of the Property is not as described in a fair reading of the description of the item. Buyer will pay a 10% restocking and handling fee and all eBay listing and commission fees and any refund would be minus all packing and shipping charges. The returned item must be returned in the same condition and in the same manner it was shipped in being fully packed or crated. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back, and again, the item must be fully packed or crated before being returned. Refunds are issued only after the item has been returned. The foregoing provisions do not apply to reasonable "wear and tear" to which all property is subject; damage or condition of picture glass or frames; or inherent conditions or defects in the property. Most of the furniture items we sell are antiques that are old and they will show the appropriate wear and tear, scratches, nicks, dings, stains, and the effects of aging, and they are not in new condition. We do not sell on approval. All dates and ages of items listed are approximate to the best of our knowledge.  Seller makes no warranties of any kind beyond the description of the item that accompanies its auction, and specially excludes any warranty of fitness for a particular use or purpose or warranty of merchantability, or color.  There are no refunds on items sold "as is" and final, or items picked up or delivered in person. All property must be removed from our premises by the purchaser at their expense not later than 30 days following its sale and, if it is not removed, Seller reserves the right to charge a minimum of $10 per item per day storage fee, payable in advance by cash.  Seller shall have no liability for any damage to property left on its premises for more than 30 days following the sale. After 90 days, we at our option may cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser.  Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: PA (6%).  When an article is sold with reserve, reserve prices will not be disclosed, so please do not ask.  PayPal is not an accepted method of payment. Personal checks will be held 10 business days for clearing. Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Seller shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages or lost profits (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with the sale of property. The seller is not responsible for typographical errors.  We, Bargain Battle, reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes.
