Welcome, to The CBO!  

The Culbertson Bargain Outlet was started to earn a little bit of extra money and for the freedom to be able to stay home with our children and one day home school them. Jason and Susanna (husband & Wife) are the founders. We have 5 children. Skye (Age 6), Marayah (Age 6), Krystayl (Age 2), Kymberley (Age 1), & William (Age 8 Months). Having 4 Girls and 1 Boy is definitely a challenge in today's economy.

Thus The CBO was born. Starting in August of 2006 we have a variety of different items. we have acquired our items from many different places whether it be Garage Sales, Family Members, and Fundraiser Sales. Our biggest contributor is currently Jason's mother Carroll Platt (The Compulsive Shopper). We try to average 25 new items daily and make a variety of listings. Eventually we would like to have a brick & Mortar store and a actual web store.

Jason has been an entrepreneur his entire adult life. He has been self employed for the past 5 years. He started by opening an enchilada business and was very successful, later becoming a Realtor & Mortgage Loan Officer.

Susanna has been a Nurse and work at home mother for the past 6 years,  She has enjoyed working at home with her children and decide to start a home based business.

We accept Paypal (preferred), Cashier's check, Money order, and personal check. Please note however, that if you choose to pay with personal check that we will ship the item(s) after the check has cleared the bank. Please make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the close of the auction. we expect payment within 3 days unless prior arrangements were made and approved. If payment has not be made within 7 days of closing we will start the process to re-list the item and file a formal complaint with eBay! We do realize that situations do arise, please let us know so that we are aware of them.

Our policy is that once an item leaves our possession, it becomes your property therefore, we will package every item to USPS standards, however USPS has made it clear that accidents do happen. You are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance. The only exceptions are we require shipping insurance on any breakable item or any purchase over $75.00. Therefore please read all descriptions thoroughly because we will not refund your money unless something else can not be worked out. Please email us or call us before leaving negative feedback. We shoot for 99.9% Customer Satisfaction, "No one can ever make everyone happy".

 

 

 

We have a $2.00 handling fee on all our items. We do combine shipping! We offer USPS shipping going priority, flat rate, and for books, software, music, video games, and videos we offer media mail. Flat Rate shipping of $10.00 for anyone that wishes. Anything that we can fit into one of 3 different sizes of Flat Rate Shipping boxes can be shipped for this price. If you wish to do this please email us before checking out. Shipping insurance is optional on most items. As stated before we require shipping insurance on all breakable items and purchases over $75.00. We use USPS for all our shipping needs. If you would like to use UPS then there will be an additional $5.00 handling fee. We package all of our items to USPS standards. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Items paid for the prior day by 5:00 pm CST will shipped out the next day on shipping days.
