Return Policy
Yeppers, I do have one!
Alas there is specific criteria which must be met for a return to take place. The return must be:
1. My fault! I boo-booed big time. I missed a flaw that is huge, like Mt. Rushmore.
If this is the case I will make full restitution:
The purchase price, the shipping cost to you, and the shipping cost to return the item to myself.
Pretty simple, isn't it?
This means if you get it & don't like it for any of the reasons below, it's not going to qualify for a return.
1. "It's not the same color". If it's pictured in red & you get it in green or black - it's my boo-boo. Otherwise all computer monitors & cameras render colors fairly accurately. Now if you're looking for a picky peticular shade of mauve, don't buy it off eBay.
2. "It doesn't fit". All measurements are provided for you on the listing. Use these for sizing, & compare them to a garment that you feel comfy in. If they don't come close, pass on it. This includes the ever so popular, "It makes my butt look big". That one is NMP.
3. "It arrived late". This is why I ship out USPS PRIORIY MAIL. You'll get it in 2-3 days. You (the person sitting behind the monitor reading my babblings) can also pay for POSTAL INSURANCE to make sure you get it in 2-3 days.
4. "I never got it." Once your merchandise left my hands, it's your responsibility to make sure you get it. This is why I offer postal insurance on all packages. I differ to you to purchase it or not as it is your merchandise & responsibility.
All items are used unless stated otherwise (NWT & NOWT). They're carefully checked for flaws before listed, if I miss one please accept my apology. I will do my best to make you happy.
MAKE SURE YOU READ BELOW:
Communication is very important to me, please read my emails & return them when asked. When translated to those who apparently speak another language from another planet: When I email you, return the 1st email PLEASE! Keep me informed, ask me (don't assume), and abide by ALL auction terms. Then life will be hunky-dory and we'll both be happy little campers :).
FEEDBACK
90% - 100% positive feedback when translated to me means:
1. You WILL/HAVE followed all auction terms set by the seller.
2. You communicate well by:
Returning ALL email/invoice notices promptly.
Asking ALL questions prior to bidding.
If you have a problem you email me asap.
You do not assume anything, you ASK.
3. Payment terms must be kept- 72 hours after auction ends payment is due.
Not when your deposit clears paypal, not next week on Thursday at 11:55 pm when the moon is full and pigs are flying... If you ask me to wait a bit, I generally will.
The key to this is ASK ME FIRST, do not assume. This is my business (how I clothe my kid) & like any other business, even Wal-Mart, I require payment (72 hours after auction ends) at the time you purchase your stuff (unless you email me 1st).
I do NOT offer a lay-a-way program.
I can not stress this enough:
Once you bid, you must follow through with the transaction. If for some reason (You live in HI and an illegal genetic experiment made it snow 17 feet and you can't get to the bank, or there was a computer glitch and all your money from your paypal account was *POOF* gone...) if you need a tad bit longer to remit payment please email me (Do NOT assume I will automatically let you pay me when you want, this is my business.) at(socratesthedog02@yahoo.com) so I won't obsess & do my wicked witch of the west dance! It's not a pretty sight!!! ;)
It may seem I'm a bit strict & require alot from you. Believe it or not the above stuff is what you've most likely already done & are doing! Because you're the golden apple on the top of the basket! Not the rotten one in the bottom who takes advantage of something good & ruins it for everyone.
