PUTTIN' ON THE GLITZ!
I have just recently re-invented my buisness. For the last 25 years
I have been dealing in fine antiques. I began doing yard sales
and small "dirt" markets. In 1989 my partner and I were invited to
take a space at the 26th street antiques market in New York City.
We were there for 9 years and managed to build up quite a clientele
including Authors, stage and screen stars, foreign diplomats and just
ordinary folks. We then enterd the show circuit, expanding until we were
doing 57 shows a year. We were featured in many antique publications
TV shows and specialty appraisal shows. In 2000 my partner passed away
It became impossible to try to keep the scedule going alone. Then 9-11
Finally put me out of buisness entirely. |
