For the money it is the fastest and best method to ship our packages. We try to ship the very same day your payment clears so that you can receive your merchandise as soon as possible. When we cannot ship using Priority Mail we will select the most appropriate shipping method depending on the particular needs of the package.

We are very grateful for the buyers who buy more than one item from us so we COMBINE multiple items when possible to reduce the shipping cost for our buyers.

We can ship Global Express if you want your item quicker, keep in mind it does cost quite a bit more.

For international orders PLEASE keep in mind we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items via the mail service. We highly recommend insurance for this reason. We do not ship to Italy any longer for this reason. Too many complaints and chargebacks and Paypal does not have seller protection in this country. ALL international Items are shipped Global International Priority with a tracking number you receive via email, keep in mind it does not always track your package to final destination unless you want Global Express. Some items can take up to a month to get to their destination, we have no control over this when it comes to duty, customs and international postal service in your country. We must say though there have been very few issues, just check the feedback and all our happy international customers!

REFUND POLICY

First of all I hope that we never have to issue a refund. I hope that everyone who makes a purchase from us is satisfied with their merchandise.

Secondly, a great deal of effort is spent providing honest, accurate and detailed descriptions and photo(s) of the merchandise being auctioned. It is our goal to provide the necessary information so that every buyer will know exactly what is being auctioned in each and every one of our auctions.

As a BUYER YOU need to take the time to read the auctions description carefully and review all the details and photo(s). YOU the BUYER need to know exactly what you are bidding for. YOU the BUYER are responsible for what YOU buy, NOT the seller.

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the item you purchase is not authentic. Your final auction sell price is refundable. The cost for shipping, handling and insurance if purchased is not refundable.

You are entitled to the refund in the event that we ship the wrong merchandise.

You are entitled to the refund if we grossly misrepresented the merchandise.

You are entitled to the refund if your merchandise was lost, stolen or damaged during shipping AND you purchased insurance.

We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and photos of the merchandise and we guarantee our descriptions and photos to be as accurate as possible.

Nothing is perfect so we know that sometimes problems do occur. We are always ready and willing to work out any problems that might happen with any transaction. We always try to work things out to avoid negative feedbacks. Nobody wants a negative feedback, not the Buyer or the Seller. So if you feel that there is a problem, contact us first.
