Dear Customer,
We
at BigBeautifulButterfly would like to thank you for your business and support. We realize we aren't
the largest shoe bazaar on eBay, but we're firm believers that bigger
isn't always better. Because we are smaller, we've set the bar high and
plan on keeping it there.
A
few reasons to buy from us:
1) Customers are raving about
our quick shipping on our Feedback Page. When an auction is won or
purchased, the item is packed for shipment. Once payment clears, the
package is shipped either the same day or next day. The quicker you receive the package, the sooner you can start wearing them! ;).
2) We believe in open communcation between buyers and sellers. Rather than keep you in the dark, an email is sent to confirm the
order, when payment clears, when the package has shipped, and when the
package reads as delivered/feedback reminder. A delivery confirmation
is used for every package and by clicking "View Order Details" it's
easy to track the item's location.
3) We've written a Shoe
Sizing Guide with tips and information about
measuring one's feet before purchasing shoes online. With every
auction, we include an inside length and width measurement. In the
event we can't accurately measure the inside, we measure the outside.
4) All merchandise is always below the retail price.
