Zoey..the new addition to the family.

Hey Everyone... 

 These two beautiful critters are "my girls".   Zoey is a 12 month old Standard Poodle that I adopted from the animal shelter.   She is so full of life, and never still.   She is like a beach ball on a triple dose of caffiene.  She keeps me going constantly.      Daisy is my 16 year old furball that I have had since she was born in my flower shop.   She has gone from a sweet precious fun loving kitty to the senior citizen who has retired to the sunny spot on the window sill.      Zoey loves Daisy,  Daisy tolerates Zoey, this makes for a home that never has a dull moment!!!!

For myself, I am a retired florist, who had to sell my shop after opening it over 18 years ago, because of a really bad fall that injured my back and hips.  After having hip replacement I am pursueing other surgeries to get me healthy and back into the working world.  Hopefully all of this will happen in the next two years.  I hate being on disability,  I hate even more not being able to work.  People say that can not wait for retirement....well I can't wait to get back to work. 

I have become a Ebay addict,that loves bidding and watching to see if I will get that item at the last minute.  At some point I hope to start selling, but for now I like searching for treasures for my home, for my girls, and gifts for others.   

I enjoy cross stitching, music, gardening  & cooking; and University of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball  (bigblueUKcats)  oh yea, and a Nascar fan, my favorite drivers are Dale Jr.  Amp & National Guard #88 ........and Tony Stewart, Home Depot, #20
