As a Registered Trading Assistants, we offer a variety of things for sale at any given time.  We don't run a large drop-off box store - we sit down with each client and visit with them about what they have to sell and list it for them.  We serve two customer bases - the consignment sellers and you. We strive to serve both well with honesty and integrity every step of the way.

• We accept any form of payment including Paypal, money order, cashier's check.  Other forms can be approved on an as-needed basis. Please pay promptly. If you plan to mail your payment, please let me know. 
• Upon receipt of payment, I usually ship within one business day.  I will send an e-mail to you when your package has shipped.  
• I combine shipping when possible.  The shipping cost is based on weight and one small handling fee per package.  The handling fee includes insurance on every package through DSI Insurance, a 3rd party provider.  If there is a problem with your package, please keep the package and all the contents, including packing materials, until a claim can be filed.
• Returns -- I can accept returns on new items if the tags have not been removed and the item is returned in new condition.  A refund, minus initial shipping, will be issued upon return of the item.  For vintage or antique items, most sales are "as is."  I take great care to describe any previously-owned items in detail, including any flaws.  Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  For instance, if a glass item has a chip that was missed in the description, then a full refund will be issued upon return of the item.
