Pop Hollinger: The 1st Comic Book Collector/Dealer In The USA!
Pop ran a used comic book store from 1939 until 1971!
"THE POP HOLLINGER STORY!"
This article appeared in the 1982 "Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide"!
A Type 1 Pop comic, brown paper tape on spine, usually trimmed, staples added at top and bottom of spine, usually a Pop Store Stamp on cover! All Type 1 Pop Comics date from the early to mid 1940s.
A Type 2 Pop Comic, brown paper tape on cover and inside edges of cover, restapled, usually an inventory number written on tape! Pop used this style from the late 1940s thru the early 1960s. 
A Type 3 Pop Comic, green paper tape on the spine, always trimmed, usually a 7c (occasionally a 9c) price stamp on cover! Pop used this style from the early 1960s thru 1971. 
2 ADVENTURE COMICS #267 (2nd Legion Appearance)! A Type 3 on the left and a Type 2 on the right!
