Here I Am !

I am a dedicated Mama, wife, daughter, and friend !  I've been married to the man of my dreams for 13 years and we have an 8 yr old son who is our WORLD !!  I'm 38 years old and quit the 'rat race' about a year ago to spend more time with my son and become a 'domestic engineer'.  :)   I am always up for an adventure and 'spur of the moment' things are the most fun.

I survived an accidental gunshot wound to the right thigh [almost killed me] back in 1991 so I take NOTHING for granted and since I KNOW I'm living on 'borrowed time' [as we ALL are], I try and make the most of it EVERYDAY ! I ALWAYS see the glass half full !  And I try and treat everyone I meet as I want to be treated.

My interest include spending time with my family, baseball [3rd basemen ROCK], music, arts and crafts, board games [especially with my son], Wii, and CLEARANCE RACKS !

My 'heros' in life are people who are brave enough to walk away from a bad situation and try to make it better for themselves. I have been known to help give them the courage to do just that. :)
