Let's start with why I picked my name. Pretty obvious really,I love to garden & work at keeping my plants blooming as long as I can & year around. Gardening is my passion as well as how I cope stress.. How did I become a Ebay member? Having been curious about Ebay for some time, I finally did something about it. One day as I was spring cleaning & getting frustrated at always cramming stuff back into closets, I'm talking many, many unused things collected over the years. I know longer use....just taking up space needed for newer aquired items needing to be stored... So, instead of shoving them backin; I tried Ebay out and NOW? Here I am,HOOKED.
Currently I am listing a lot of variety with hopes of stumbling upon my nitch. Maybe this is it... maybe not...don't quite know yet...What I DO know is that I LOVE to have a clean closet, Love to meet people, Love to shop & Love to Goof off ! All, espicially the last two I am very good at it! Also, I have always believed in doing what you love & makes you happy. This works. I have made some really "newbie Ebay Seller" mistakes but have been helped & supported by the long term Ebayers without even asking!
It really shows the true spirit of Ebay.
So I will keep chipping away at own belongings while searching for both of us...I'm still learning, so if I stumble let me know.
As for the Past...
Ebay is a very different venue than I have ever work in. For past 25 plus years having always been in the helping profession ie Working with or rather for, Adults with Severe & Persistant Mental illness.Providing Supportive counceling,using communication skills with all types of persons in all types of roles & culterally diverse, recreational activities,treatment planning, coordinating, finding & obtaining resources, monitoring care, advocating, documentation of services & other TONS of paperwork etc..., making sure my clients get their needs met, both materialistically & emotionally and according to their HOPES & DREAMS.. It always made me feel good to see happy results & I am pretty good at it. This is why I started thinking "how can I be of help to others" & "how can I use my strengths on Ebay"? And being a very solution focused person by golly I figured it out! My only concern being I lose perspective & getting caught up with a case of the "greedies" because computers are not naturally as human as face to face work. But the more I am here I realise it's a bunch of humans buying & selling alright NOT the computers. So until I fall into my "nitch" I will keep working on letting go of my personal collectables & other items. When I shop I will shop for really good deals.The kind of deals not found as often anymore. Deals which I could make a small profit without taking the"good" out of the deals when passingon for you to find!Everything I have listed has met that criteria to my knowledge. Hope I make sense to you if not..re-read it,it will eventually

Hard to believe? It's true. Where's the catch? What do I get out of this besides the "so called small profit"?
I get... to have a fun shopping, I get too have beautiful and/or interesting items around to enjoy for awhile, I get to meet interesting people from all over the country possibly the world, I get to write listings which make me laugh, I get to put silly opinions & side comments without being shushed.
I hope anyone visiting one of my listing enjoys reading the story behind it.
