Hi and Welcome to my about "me" page.
I Buy and Sell here on eBay and have been doing so for several years. Actually, Since 2004. I have met so many wonderful people and truly enjoy spending my time here. I don't make a fortune selling on eBay, In fact most of the money I do make is usually spent here on ebay. It's just kind of like a small spending account to buy items that are just little extras...it keeps my husband happy because I Sell and not only buy. He doesn't care how much I buy~as long as he's not paying for it all! ;)
What I sell...Mostly vintage items and some Antique items as well. I go to a lot of estate sales, flea markets, yard sales, and places of that nature. These are the kinds of outlets where you can only find items that are rarely made, If at all today. I pass these items along to my many buyers that need that one "special" piece to complete a set or an obsolete item that is no longer being made by the manufacturer. I sell mostly household items....And the best part is I always start my auctions with a LOW starting bid. This gives everyone an even chance at winning that item. I NEVER have a reserve price on any of my items. I'm not a big seller-by no means a Power seller, When I do list, it's about 10-20 items at one time...this gives me the time to be more involved with my buyers and answer their questions or concerns in a timely manner, Unlike super sellers- who cannot devote as much time to one sale or customer...This comment is not meant to offend the power sellers-It would just be very difficult to have that much time to spend on each sale- if your selling hundreds or thousands of items weekly.
What I buy...Mostly items for my family and sometimes a few special items for myself....I love purses...It's becoming an obsession! I also buy a lot of sports theme clothing, Mostly for my husband and my boys. I have three grown sons. One who is in the Army and is stationed overseas at this time. So if you see that little "Proud Army Mom" sign hanging in my auction window~That's the reason. All three sons also like Irish items and they are very big in our family, Anything Irish. I buy just about anything I may need or want, right here on ebay.
