Back to previous page  The Bicycle Recycler I once read that you should never choose a name for your business that would pigeonhole you. I understood this when I chose my store name. Although I'd like to specialize in bicycles only, it would be hard to make a go of a bicycle business without connections of which I have none. So the effective word in my name is Recycler. I've chosen to begin my business recycling as much as I can. What some call junk, others will regard as treasures. That's easy for me to understand. There are not many items I could easily envision as being better off sitting on a trashheap than sitting in one's store waiting for the right customer to come along. "The bicycle" refers to me on my bike. My customers are those who see the value in, not necessarily all of my stuff, but the one or two items they find particularly enticing. They are recyclers too. I take paypal, and only paypal for no other reason than to protect the buyer. I've given Paypal a substantial amount of control over my money so they can protect my customers should they regret their purchases. I only want a buyers money if they are happy with their purchase. In other words, if a buyer chooses to use any other method of payment on ebay, it's risky business, and I will adamantly refuse to take it out of principle. If you are new to ebay, it is all the more reason to use paypal...just trust me on that one. Listings To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
