Welcome to Bettie's FAQ, a guide to help you with any querys you might have when shopping @ Bombshell Bettie's Vintage.
Please don't forget that before messaging Bettie with any questions you should read the full description. I try to make everything as clear as possible and am pleased to help you if I've missed something.
Questions on Payment:
1. Q:What payment types do you accept?
A:I Accept Paypal (preferred method), Money Order and Personal Check.
2. Q:Something came up and I need more time to pay, what do I do?
A: Its no problem. Just make sure to message me using ebay's messaging service. Go into the listing you've won and click "Ask Seller a Question" then just let me know you will need more time. I will hold your items up to 14 days from auction end.
3. Q:I just bought an item and I found another I want, can I combine the shipping for both items if I've already paid for the other item?
A: Absolutely! When the second (third or fourth) item ends you can request your total for that item and I will just change the shipping costs to be the combined shipping costs. *see below for combined shipping amounts*
Questions on Shipping:
1. Q:What shipping options do I have?
A:I use USPS (the cheapest and fastest shipping option). I ship Priority Mail (usually ships in 2-3 business days) and Priority Shipping International (usually ships in 4-6 business days) *for average shipping costs see below*
2. Q: When can I expect my item?
A: I try to ship same day or next day for items but sometimes it can take up to 2 or 3 days from cleared payment to get your item out. International items go out on Saturday but if I can get them out before then I will.
3. Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Of course I do! Add as many items as you want for just $2 an item (US & Canada) and $5 Internationally. If your items combined reach more then 3lbs it will need to go in a flat rate box and they usually run about $10 US and $35-$40 internationally so keep that in mind when combining many items.
Questions about Feedback
1. Q:When can I expect feedback?
A: I try to leave feedback within 24 hours of when you leave me feedback.

1. Q:Do you accept returns?
A: NO.
2. Q:When do you list new items?
A: I list on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8 pm Pacific
3. Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?
A:Just look at garment measurements listed in every acution. Compare those measurements to the measurements of your favorite like item (looking at a dress compare to your fav dress) *to know how I size my items see the size chart below*
4. Q:Do you smoke or have pets?
A: I do not smoke (ick) and I do have one medium haired cat. I have a high powered vaccum and try to use it frequently because I don't like hair all over either. If you do find cat hair it'll come off with a lint roller. I don't let her sleep on the clothing or anything like that but some could get in the box when I'm packing your item.

Extimated Costs for Shipping 1 lb Domesticly and Internationally:
To the US:
Priority Shipping (2-3 day estimated delivery time) $6 ($2 for each additional item)
To Canada:
Priority Shipping International (4-6 day estimated delivery time) $17 ($2 for each additional item)
Worldwide:
To Europe:
Priority Shipping International (4-6 day estimated delivery time) $21 ($5 for each additional item)
To Asia:
Priority Shipping International $21.50 ($5 for each additional item)
Shipping Insurance is not required, if you feel you need it is offered for just $2.
I DO NOT SHIP TO APO/FPO BOXES
If your item has not shown up within 7 days of auction end please message me! Chances are that your item is on its way but a delivery attempt could have been made and your item could be waiting for you at the post office. I will be happy to give you a satus update on you item.
