Hi My name is Mary,

I am an Artist, Doll Collector, dressmaker and lately I've become a doll reborner.

Anything to do with Art I just love, I've been painting from a very early age

 and then in my late teens I taught myself how to Paint in oils.

 I have produced many reproductions of "John Constable's" fantastic works of art.

I have always loved dolls and have many of the ones I had from childhood still in Mint condition,

 I started collecting dolls way back in the 1980's and then I discovered dolls kits,

 which I prefare as I create the doll from scratch and then make the clothes,

 sometimes I make them by hand but mostly I use the sewing machine.

Then in 2005 I found a web site

That had these baby doll kits that were for reborning,

I was fasinated and so bought one.

what an exciting adventure,

i was and still am hooked!

It's so exciting and rewarding to be able to create lifelike baby dolls

from a blank vinyl kit that it has become quite addictive.

I also love working with graphics on the PC

 I design cards for all occassions.

I also colour old black and white photos.
