Customer service is most important to me – I was disappointed to recently receiving my first negative feedback – from a brand new buyer whose first purchase on Ebay was a necklace from me – when she could not get her bank account worked out with PayPal, didn’t have a credit card and didn’t want to send a money order – instead of pursuing an unpaid item dispute, I did her a favor and released her from the sale and she in turn leaves me negative feedback with the remark “we did not complete this transaction – thanks!”. Again – life is just too short to waste time with any negative energy that can be a product of life’s little surprises such as this – we just have to keep that sense of humor and roll with the punches!
