Hello and Welcome!
We are the (Burleson) Hendrix Family:Joe, Laura (Burleson), Sydney, Noah
& the Boxer 5 (our dogs):
Ruger, Uzi, Winchester, Browning & Lady
Our beloved Boxer Brat Role Call has changed a bit in the past couple of months. I lost my darling Ruger at the mere age of 11 (wait for me at the bridge my darling boy), and we have since added another rescue boxer to our family. So our dogs are now:

If one loss was not enough for 2002, we lost another of our beloved boxer babies. Winchester passed to the Bridge two days before Thanksgiving. So our 4-legged kids are now:

2003 has not been well for our beloved babies either. Our dear Uzi at a mere 16 years of age, passed of natural causes. All of our babies will be sadly missed, and we will be looking forward to the day where we can see them again at Rainbow Bridge...

Almost everything we list on Ebay comes from our private collections of things. We definately have lots of "stuff" around here ~laughing~.Most of the items we will generally have listed are:

Note: As of July 15, 2002, Laura had gastric bypass surgery (-56 Pounds). The amount of listings and more regular listings of her Lane Bryant, Venezia and other quality clothing will continue to post as she shrinks. Please check our auctions often!
Well as of November 15 -100+ pounds and still shrinking!
And now as of February 1, 2003, -130+ pounds and still shrinking :)!!!
And now as of March 18, 2003, -140+ pounds and still losing :) *happy dance*
Well it is now July 15, 2003 and she is less than half of her original weight! The doctors are pleased and she is STILL LOSING :) This is a VERY good thing!
September 2004, -200+ pounds and stabilizing! Wow! What a ride!
January 2006 and still down 200 pounds!

We do appreciate your business, and your bids on our items. We do ask that you refrain from bidding if you have negative feedback or if you have no intention of completing the sale. It isn't fair to us or the other bidders when a person bids and doesn't plan to complete the auction.
We accept payment via PayPal (see the above link), Money Order or Cashier's Check. Sorry, but we no longer accept personal checks.
We will not send items until your payment clears -- echecks via PayPal takes 3-4 business days to clear. Once we receive that notification, we will get your item ready to ship.
~*~SHIPPING~*~
We ship our items via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We figure our shipping charges at www.usps.com using our zip code, your zip code, and the package weight. We also add in $0.55 for delivery confirmation.
Insurance on items is normally at the buyer's choice. Occassionally on very fragile items, we will require that insurance be purchased. Insurance is normally $1.50 for items under $50.00.
Most items ship within 2 business days of payment being made. Our local post office is only open extremely limited hours on Saturday, so we normally do not ship on week-ends. If you purchase and pay on the week-end, figure your item will go out no later than Tuesday. With priority mail, most items are received within 2-3 days of shipping.
Please, do not ask us to change our shipping method. We use the USPS because they are the most efficient in our area. Shipping charges and methods are non-negotiable. Thanks for your understanding!
~*~GENERAL POLICIES~*~
As we learn more about eBay sales, we have had to adopt a few general policies. We do not offer warranties with any of our items. All items are sold "as-is". We do our very best to describe everything as completely as possible. If you have questions, please ask BEFORE you bid.
We also do not take returns on items. We are not set-up as a retail store, so returns are just not an option for us -- sorry.

Feedback is important to us and to all that trade with Ebay. Realistically not every seller and buyer is going to be 100% satisfied all of the time. All we ask is that you contact us and try to resolve issues BEFORE leaving negative feedback. How can things get resolved, if folks don't talk about the issues at hand? -- They can't. So if something comes up, talk to us about it, please.
