Tell Me About Your Products? TOP All of our items are brand new, new in original package or packaging material and comes from a non-smoking, climate controlled and pet free warehouse. Accessories shown in picture are not included, just item as described. Items are not homemade or handmade by Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC they come from a manufacturer, however we do design several styles of items that can only be found here. Items may not look exactly like pictures shown or there may be differences in items as they are handmade and variations may occur. Words “Bugs-n-Blooms” are not anywhere on item, just for photograph security purposes. Some items may contain small parts that may not be suitable for children of all ages. Items are not toys, and most items are for decorative purposes only and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Will These Items Match? TOP We are here to help assist you in matching our items to your style. If you want, you can email us pictures or even mail us color samples and we will help assist you in your decorating needs. Items that are handmade and/or hand crafted may have variations in materials. We carry several different styles of items and color variations will occur between different styles as we like to offer a lot of different color options to our customers. Color variations may differ slightly from photograph(s). Although the color we see on our monitor is accurate, all computer monitors display colors differently. There are many different settings on a monitor that can affect color - the contrast, brightness, true color, etc. Most photographs are taken of the largest size item to show detail, please note smaller sizes will vary slightly from photographs due to size. Please read descriptions carefully as Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC can’t be held responsible if an item arrives and it is not as you “imagined” it would be. All items are described as best and as accurately as possible and are indicated as per the manufacturer(s) who makes the products.
Do You Have Additional Sizes and Colors? TOP Everything that we have in stock can be purchased in our store Bugs-n-Blooms as we carry various sizes and colors per style. Our “lot” items are sold as indicated, no substitutions are accepted. Please note, we ship what you order, please do not purchase a certain item and then request that we change it to something else – otherwise errors may occur during shipment, this way it protects both the buyer and the seller. If you purchased something in error, please let us know and we will gladly cancel the transaction allowing you to repurchase the correct item you were wanting instead.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept? TOP Payment is accepted via money order, cashiers checks, Paypal (Echeck, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express) or you can contact us and we can process your credit card over the phone. Sorry no personal or business checks are accepted.
When Does My Payment Have To Be Made? TOP Payment must be received within 10 days of the auction closing. If payment is not received within the 10 days after close of the auction, an “Unpaid Item Report” will be filed with eBay. Claiming non-payment was the result of not receiving an invoice is not an acceptable excuse. Unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay on day 7 if the payment has not yet been received. If you don't pay for your auction within 10 days after the auction has ended, we have the right to sell the item to another buyer, close unpaid item dispute for non-paying buyer, file final value fee credits through eBay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction. If for some reason a payment will be delayed past the 10 days, we ask that you contact us, explain the situation, and allow us the opportunity to work with you.
Is My Information Kept Private? TOP On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive e-mails or mailed materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. The e-mail addresses that we collect are used by us to contact customers and are not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact.
Is Your Site Secure? TOP We take every precaution necessary to protect your private information. When you enter in your sensitive information via the website, be assured that your information is always protected. We will not ask you for credit card information as that is all done thru Paypal’s secure website and/or eBay’s secure site; and that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure “https” encrypted way.
Are Your Products Available For Immediate Delivery? TOP All items are in stock and available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted. The only time merchandise is not in stock, is if an item has been sold out recently and we are awaiting our shipment in of the merchandise, of which we will notify you and give you available options. Shipment to our buyers is generally made within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our orders are generally picked up by mail carrier in the early morning between 11am-1pm Central Standard Time, all orders paid after that will be shipped on the next shipment day Monday-Friday.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order? TOP For US shipments, we ship same day service typically within 24 hours after payment is received. For all paid orders received before 11:00am CST (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) shipment is generally made same business day. Orders are generally picked up by mail carrier before 12:00pm noon CST. Any paid orders received after 11:00am will be shipped on the next shipment day Monday-Friday. Unfortunately we cannot control how quickly the postal service delivers your item once it leave our warehouse, therefore can not be held responsible for long transit times from the carriers. For International shipments, can take as long as approximately 30 days to receive due to customs inspections and your location. We ship your order generally within 24 hours of receipt of payment, transit time once it leaves us unfortunately is out of our control. International orders may take Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC up to 3 business days for shipment from our warehouse. Transit times for US and International shipments vary based on shipment method, and delays occur particularly during peak periods such as holidays. Bugs-n-Blooms International Shipping Options Disclosure: The below terms and rules are that of the US Postal Service, please visit their website for more information on international transit times (www.usps.com).
International first class shipments do not come with tracking numbers as it is not offered by the US postal service. Transit times will vary and delays can happen because of your country's customs inspections.
International priority shipments do come with a US postal service tracking number as it is offered by the US postal service and transit times are approx. 6-10 business days.

Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC will assist however possible for all of your shipping needs. If you would like your package shipped express mail or priority mail instead of the flat rate parcel post, please email us and we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping and handling charges.
I Am Ordering This As A Gift, Can You Ship It Directly To The Recipient? TOP We would be happy to assist you! All of our items are professionally packaged and ready for gift giving. Upon request, we can enclose a complimentary gift note to your recipient from you. You will be charged a separate s/h fee for items being shipped to multiple addresses. Please inquire before sending payment so that we may update your invoice accordingly.
How Can I Insure My Package? TOP Insurance is always the buyers choice. Since insurance is the buyer’s choice, any item damaged or lost by the carrier is covered by insurance. Since the insurance is optional, but we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping if buyer chooses not to have insurance. The US post office can not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise if insurance is not purchased, therefore Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC can not be held responsible either since it is the buyers choice at checkout.
How Can I Get Combined Shipping Charges? TOP We offer combined shipping for items purchased within a 7 day period. If you are purchasing multiple items, please hold off on making payment until you are done shopping. After your final item has been purchased, please send us a quick email letting us know you are done shopping and we will send you an invoice with the adjusted shipping and handling charges. For combined / multiple purchases, Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC will wait until you notify us that all auctions have ended and payment has been received on all items and then will ship items all together. Combined s/h charges is applied to entire order when you make one payment. Refunds are not given after payment is received if requesting combined purchases to be shipped together. If you do not request a combined invoice, we will not be able to apply the discount. If you pay for your multiple purchases separately, they will be shipped separately as we ship your order within 24 hours of payment. For domestic shipping, we charge the highest price s/h item and then each additional item the s/h is just $1.00 per item (for individually purchased nylon hanging decor only, this does not apply to wholesale/set lots). Wholesale/set lots combined shipping rates are the highest price s/h and then $3.95 each additional lot item. What Is Your Free Shipping Offer? TOP Free shipping offer is valid only on three (3) or more individual nylon items thru buy-it-now for USA customers only. Offer is not valid on best offers, wholesale lots, auctions, letters or with any other promotional offer as these items will receive s/h charges. What Are Your Shipping Policies? TOP Shipping available within the contiguous United States only. US Territories & APO/FPO bidders, please email for a shipping and handling quote as additional charges will apply for handling of these orders as the USPS requires additional paper work and these items must be hand delivered to the post office. The buyer is always responsible for paying for shipping, handling and insurance if applicable. You are not charged exact postage, handling fees (shipping materials, gas, time, etc) are included. Flat rate shipping and handling charges via first class parcel post US mail unless otherwise indicated or requested. Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC has the right to ship large orders to “confirmed mailing addresses” only due to liability and/or possible loss of merchandise.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number? TOP For Domestic shipments, when you package is shipped via USPS it generally includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please note: according to USPS website, tracking / shipping status may not be available until the item has been delivered. For International shipments, the United States Postal Service does not provide a tracking numbers for first class mail (only available on Priority or Express services for an additional charge) and, as such, we cannot track your purchase en route. International transit times will vary on your country’s customs inspections and delays will occur and is out of our control once shipment has left us. International shipments can take as long as approximately 30 days to receive due to customs inspections and your location. Do You Charge Tax/Duties? TOP State law requires us to charge Texas residents only 8.25% sales tax. For international shipments your purchase may be subject to duties / taxes and customs charges. We are required by law to accurately list the content and prices of your purchase. You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable duties / taxes and customs charges.
What Is Your Satisfaction / Return Policy? TOP It is our mission to have satisfied customers, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you need to exchange your item(s), you may return it and receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) or you can exchange them for different item(s). We urge that, upon receipt, you immediately review your products and ensure they are want you were wanting. You must contact Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC within seven (7) days of receipt of your shipment for instructions on how a refund or exchange may be possible. Date of receipt of merchandise will be determined by USPS tracking number. All sales become final eight (8) days after you receive your order, unless otherwise notified Items need to be returned back to Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC at buyers expense and must be sealed in original packaging and can not be used or damaged for a refund or exchange. Refunds are not given on any shipping, handling or insurance charges, only on purchase price of item(s) if applicable. If you are exchanging your item for something else, reshipment charges will apply for shipment of new items. Sorry, no returns are available on alphabet letter cut-out stickers. What If My Item Was Damaged During Shipment? TOP We take great pride and care in packaging our products and 99.7% of our merchandise does arrive in excellent condition. However, if a problem does arise, we expect you to email us and allow us the opportunity to correct the problem. Items that need assembly cannot be returned, once assembled. If a package has been delivered to your home and was undamaged, and THEN the item was damaged or stolen AFTER delivery, Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC is not responsible for the loss. Since insurance is the buyer’s choice, only items damaged or lost by the carrier is covered by insurance.
Buyer Purchased Insurance: If an item is delivered broken and insurance was purchased or included, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us within three (3) business days for a replacement or a refund.
Buyer Did Not Purchase Insurance: If the buyer did not choose to have the optional insurance, please contact us within three (3) business days for further information on how to obtain replacement merchandise.
What If My Package Is Lost In The Mail? TOP Items are not considered lost in shipment until three (3) weeks and/or thirty (30) days have passed from the date of shipment according to the US post office depending on time of year (slower shipment times for USPS during holidays).
Buyer Purchased Insurance:If the buyer purchased the optional insurance and the item has not arrived after three (3) weeks, an insurance lost claim will be filed with the carrier and a replacement item will be shipped if available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued on the purchase price (not shipping charges or insurance).
Buyer Did Not Purchased Insurance:If the buyer did not purchase the optional insurance, please contact us for further information regarding replacement merchandise (if available).
What If I Recently Moved And Provided The Mailing Address? TOP We ship to the address indicated on your paypal account unless you email us specifically indicating a different mailing address. Once a package has been shipped and if determined later that the buyer provided a wrong mailing address, the buyer will be charged any additional re-shipping, re-handling, processing, USPS carrier fees that may be included to get the package to the correct mailing address.
What Is Your Feedback Policy? TOP We always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and we will leave appropriate feedback (neutral, or negative) depending on how the deal works out otherwise.
